女大学生安全意识培育研究

【摘要】：随着社会的飞速发展和高校扩招政策的实施,我国女大学生的数量迅猛增长,她们已经成为新时期社会主义现代化建设的主力军之一。但是,近几年来女大学生安全事故频发,其人身权、财产权以及心理健康安全等遭受了极大地侵害。女大学生安全意识不只关系到个人的成长成才,同时也会影响到家庭的和谐以及社会的稳定。文章在研究女大学生安全意识现状的基础上,探究其影响因素,并根据现存的问题提出相关的解决对策。首先,阐述了安全、安全意识的内涵和女大学生的特征,女大学生安全意识培育的三个理论依据,四个主要内容以及对个人、家庭、社会的意义。其次,通过问卷分析的方法,得出当前我国女大学生安全意识现存问题。重点从自身意识、社会环境、家庭教养、学校管理和传统文化制约等五个方面分析其原因。其中,自身因素主要是女大学生思想较为单纯,安全知识欠缺和防护能力较差。社会因素是环境日益复杂、培育相对缺失。家庭因素包括教育内容片面和教养方式不当两个方面。学校因素是安全教育内容和形式均存在问题。除此之外,传统文化中“男尊女卑”、“三从四德”的思想在一定程度上削弱了女性对自身安全的保护意识和正当权益的维护意识。最后,从女大学生安全意识培育的重要原则和实践探索两大方面提出解决对策。一方面在理论上,坚持理论性与实践性相结合、灌输性与渗透性相结合、典型性与多样性相结合以及因性施教的原则。另一方面在实践中,从女大学生自身、社会引导、家庭培养、学校教育等四方面培育其安全意识。比如,从自身来说,应主动学习安全知识和技能,养成良好的行为习惯,并克服虚荣、侥幸、贪占便宜等不良心理因素;从社会来说,发挥社会的引导性作用,建立健全相关法律法规,联合规范社会公共秩序。在家庭培养中,需转变传统的教养模式,发挥父母的榜样作用,营造和谐的家庭氛围以促进子女健康全面的发展;在学校教育中,设置相关的安全教育课程,配备专业的教职员工,采取灵活多样的安全教育方式,并完善安全管理机构。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and the implementation of the policy of enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, the number of female college students in China has increased rapidly, and they have become one of the main forces in the socialist modernization construction in the new period. However, in recent years, female college students' safety accidents occur frequently, their personal rights, property rights and mental health and safety have been greatly violated. Female college students' safety consciousness is not only related to their personal growth, but also to family harmony and social stability. On the basis of studying the present situation of female college students' safety consciousness, this paper probes into its influencing factors and puts forward relevant countermeasures according to the existing problems. First of all, it expounds the connotation of safety, the connotation of safety consciousness and the characteristics of female college students, the three theoretical bases for the cultivation of female college students' safety consciousness, four main contents and the significance to individual, family and society. Secondly, through the method of questionnaire analysis, the present problems of female college students' safety consciousness in our country are obtained. The reasons are analyzed from five aspects: self-consciousness, social environment, family upbringing, school management and traditional culture restriction. Among them, the main factors are that female college students have relatively simple thinking, lack of safety knowledge and poor ability of protection. The social factor is that the environment is becoming more and more complex, and the cultivation is relatively lacking. Family factor includes one-sided education content and improper upbringing style. The school factor is that there are problems in the content and form of safety education. In addition, in the traditional culture, the thought of "men are superior to women" and "three conformities and four virtues" weakens women's consciousness of protecting their own security and safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests to a certain extent. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward from two aspects: the important principles and practical exploration of cultivating female college students' safety consciousness. On the one hand, the principle of combining theory with practice, combining indoctrination with permeability, combining typicality with diversity, and teaching by reason is adhered to. On the other hand, in practice, the safety consciousness of female college students is cultivated from four aspects: self, social guidance, family training and school education. For example, they should take the initiative to learn safety knowledge and skills, develop good behavior habits, and overcome adverse psychological factors such as vanity, luck, and taking advantage of advantages. From the social perspective, they should play a leading role in society. Establish and improve relevant laws and regulations and jointly regulate public order. In family training, we need to change the traditional upbringing mode, play the role of parents' role model, create a harmonious family atmosphere to promote the healthy and comprehensive development of children, and set up relevant safety education courses in school education. Equipped with professional staff, adopt flexible and diverse ways of safety education, and improve safety management agencies.
