我国大学治理框架体系的构建及其内容

【摘要】：我国大学正在走向多元共同治理。依据现代治理理论,结合大学学术性和社会性特质及发展趋势,大学在理念、机制体制、标准制度和监控评价等方面的现代化是治理体系现代化的主要内容。厘清治理与管理的区别,强化分类治理,明确各利益相关者在大学治理中的权责,彰显大学学术共同体特质,形成第三方治理监控评估机制,构建多元监控指标体系,是大学治理框架的主要内容。
[Abstract]:Universities in China are moving towards pluralistic and common governance. According to the modern governance theory and the academic and social characteristics and development trend of the university, the modernization of the university in the aspects of concept, mechanism system, standard system and monitoring and evaluation is the main content of the modernization of the governance system. Clarify the difference between governance and management, strengthen classified governance, clarify the rights and responsibilities of stakeholders in university governance, highlight the characteristics of academic community, form a third-party governance monitoring and evaluation mechanism, and build a multi-monitoring index system. It is the main content of the university governance framework.
