网络环境下少数民族大学生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：网络的日益普及给新时期少数民族大学生的学习生活带来极大的便利,同时也造成了民族意识淡化、身心健康受损、道德意识弱化、人际关系冷漠等问题,这些对民族团结与国家发展以及少数民族大学生的健康成长有着重要的影响。因此,我们必须做好少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作,提高思想政治工作者的整体素质,优化网络环境,增强信息认知能力,发展校园文化,提高网络主体的道德修养等措施来规范少数民族大学生的行为,促进网络环境下少数民族大学生思想道德素养和其身心健康发展,增强网络环境下少数民族大学生思想政治教育的实效性。文章首先在绪论部分对选题背景、研究意义、主要内容和方法以及国内外的研究现状进行了陈述;并在相关概念中对有关定义、内容和基本理论做以阐述。然后分别对少数民族大学生、网络思想政治教育及其网络环境下少数民族大学生思想政治教育的特点进行了深入的分析,这也是本文写作的重点。进而从网络的特点出发,对存在的问题和原因进行了深入的分析,并从经济、文化等方面阐述了必要性,同时,就我国政策、少数民族大学生自身素质的提高以及网络的优势对其可行性进行了分析。最后文章着重从建立“红色网站”占领网络教育主阵地;创新网络教育方式方法、使其向开放式、互动引导等方向转变;把网络文化与校园文化相结合,增强教育工作者的网络意识;完善网络管理规章制度,构建健全的网络体系;加强技术攻关力度,建立技术上的“防火墙”;加强优秀网络平台的建设;通过多种途径增强少数民族大学生的自身建设;促进学校、家庭与社会,网络与传统教育方式以及少数民族大学生与非少数民族大学生等的相互融合等方面提出了相应的对策,对我们做好这方面工作提出了可行性的意见。
[Abstract]:The growing popularity of the Internet has brought great convenience to the study and life of ethnic minority college students in the new period. At the same time, it has also caused problems such as the desalination of national consciousness, the impairment of physical and mental health, the weakening of moral consciousness, the indifference of interpersonal relations, etc. These have an important impact on national unity and national development and the healthy growth of ethnic college students. Therefore, we must do a good job in ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students, improve the overall quality of ideological and political workers, optimize the network environment, enhance the ability of information cognition, and develop campus culture. To improve the moral cultivation of the main body of the network and other measures to regulate the behavior of ethnic minority college students, to promote the ideological and moral literacy of ethnic minority college students and their physical and mental health development under the network environment, To enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students under the network environment. Firstly, in the introduction part, the background, the significance, the main contents and methods of the topic and the current situation of the research at home and abroad are stated, and the relevant definitions, contents and basic theories are expounded in the relevant concepts. Then, the characteristics of minority college students, network ideological and political education and their ideological and political education under the network environment are analyzed, which is also the focus of this paper. Then, starting from the characteristics of the network, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes, and expounds the necessity from the aspects of economy, culture and so on. At the same time, on the policy of our country, This paper analyzes the feasibility of the improvement of the quality of minority college students and the advantages of the network. Finally, the article focuses on establishing "red website" to occupy the main position of network education, innovating the way of network education, making it change to the direction of opening and interactive guidance, combining network culture with campus culture, and so on. Strengthen the network consciousness of the educators, perfect the network management rules and regulations, construct the perfect network system, strengthen the technical tackling the key problem, establish the technical "firewall", strengthen the construction of the excellent network platform; Through various ways to strengthen the self-construction of minority college students, to promote the school, family and society, network and traditional education methods, as well as ethnic minority college students and non-minority students and other aspects of the integration of the corresponding countermeasures. Some feasible suggestions are put forward for us to do a good job in this field.
