民族院校校训在大学生人格养成中的价值研究

【摘要】：校训是一所大学最具辨识度的要素,是一所大学师生人格追求的重要体现。民族院校承担了为民族地区培养高素质人才的重要责任。大学生人格养成关系到大学生全面发展,培养人格健全的大学生是高校教育的基本任务,直接关系到人才培养质量。校训在大学生人格养成中,兼有显性教育和隐性教育的功能,能够发挥积极作用。为了更好的推动大学生人格养成,本文探讨了民族院校校训在大学生人格养成中的价值研究。本文首先简要介绍了研究背景、目的、意义等,并对研究现状进行述评。然后,回顾了民族院校的发展,并对民族院校校训进行了分析。通过民族院校发展历程的回顾,认识到民族院校是时代的选择,兼有为民族地区培养人才、弘扬民族文化的历史使命。在对民族院校校训进行分析后,则认识到民族院校校训承载了社会主义核心价值观培育和践行的功能,接着探讨了民族院校校训与大学生人格养成的关系。研究认为大学生人格养成是社会主流意识形态的必然要求,也是大学生自身发展和高校教育发展的必然要求。民族院校校训则反映大学生人格养成的目标和内容。然后基于访谈和问卷等方法,对校训在民族院校大学生人格养成中的价值进行了调查。经过调查,发现大学生对本校校训以及人格养成的价值认知较好,而且高度赞同校训在人格养成中的导向引领价值、激励推进价值、塑造提升价值和规范调控价值。但是整体来看,由于各方面因素,民族院校校训在大学生人格养成中的价值发挥并不理想。本文最后一部分,根据对民族院校校训在大学生人格养成中的价值分析,建议民族院校要结合学校实际,运用好校训这一手段和资源。针对目前民族院校在大学生人格养成中存在校训价值功能发挥不足的情况,提出多种措施结合,开展大学生人格养成,进一步帮助大学生健全人格的建议。
[Abstract]:The motto is the most recognizable element of a university and an important embodiment of the pursuit of the personality of a university's teachers and students. Ethnic colleges and universities have assumed the important responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents for ethnic regions. The cultivation of college students' personality is related to the all-round development of college students. It is the basic task of higher education to cultivate students with sound personality, and it is directly related to the quality of personnel training. The school motto has the functions of both explicit and implicit education in the cultivation of college students' personality and can play an active role. In order to promote the formation of college students' personality, this paper probes into the value of college motto in the formation of college students' personality. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, and reviews the current situation of the research. Then, reviewed the development of ethnic colleges and universities, and analyzed the school motto. Through the review of the development course of ethnic colleges and universities, it is recognized that ethnic colleges and universities are the choice of the times, and also have the historical mission of cultivating talents for ethnic regions and carrying forward national culture. After analyzing the school motto of national colleges and universities, it is recognized that the school motto of national colleges and universities bears the function of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values, and then the relationship between the motto of national colleges and the cultivation of students' personality is discussed. The study holds that the cultivation of college students' personality is the inevitable requirement of the mainstream ideology of the society, and is also the inevitable requirement of the development of college students' own development and the development of higher education. The motto of colleges for nationalities reflects the goal and content of personality cultivation of college students. Then, based on the methods of interview and questionnaire, this paper investigates the value of the motto in cultivating the personality of the college students. Through the investigation, it is found that the college students have a good understanding of the value of the school motto and the formation of personality, and highly agree with the guiding and leading value of the school motto in the formation of personality, encourage and promote the value, shape the value of promoting value and regulate the value of regulation. But on the whole, because of various factors, the value of college motto in the cultivation of college students' personality is not ideal. In the last part of this paper, according to the analysis of the value of college motto in the cultivation of college students' personality, it is suggested that colleges and universities for nationalities should combine with the actual situation of the school and make good use of the means and resources of the motto. In view of the deficiency of the value function of the motto in the cultivation of college students' personality at present, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to combine various measures to develop the personality of college students and further help them to improve their personality.
