统筹管理程序在本、专科护理实习生临床实习教学中的应用

【摘要】：目的 :探讨统筹管理程序在我院本、专科护生实习教学管理中的应用价值。方法 :将我院进入实习程序的本、专科护生纳入研究,根据目前护生实习教学管理中存在的问题进行基线分析,结合文献资料,提出统筹带教管理的新方法。在实施统筹管理程序前后,分两次进行问卷调查,对比分析住院病例护理满意度及护生对带教管理模式的评价。结果 :统筹管理程序实施后,住院患者对护理的满意度提高明显(P0.05),纳入护生对现行护理管理模式的比较显示,统筹管理程序实施后的自主评价显著高于实施前(P0.05)。结论 :在本、专科护生实习教学管理中应用统筹管理程序,是保证护理专业实习生实践能力及临床实效的重要基础,对提高教学质量,降低护理风险具有重要价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the application value of the integrated management program in the practice teaching management of the college nursing students in our hospital. Methods: to bring into the study of the internship program in our hospital, and to carry out the base line analysis according to the existing problems in the teaching management of the nursing students, and to put forward a new method of overall planning and management. Before and after the overall management procedure, two questionnaires were conducted to compare the nursing satisfaction of inpatient cases and the evaluation of the nursing management model. Results: after the implementation of the integrated management procedure, the satisfaction of the inpatients to nursing was obviously improved (P0.05), and the comparison of the nursing students to the current nursing management model showed that the overall management procedure was real. The independent evaluation of post application was significantly higher than that before the implementation (P0.05). Conclusion: the application of integrated management program in the practice teaching management of specialized nursing students is an important basis for ensuring the practical ability and clinical effectiveness of nursing professional interns. It is of great value for improving the quality of teaching and reducing the risk of nursing.
