高校综合改革背景下的创新型人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：高等学校是培养和造就高素质创新型人才的摇篮和主要阵地。当下,我们国家高等院校还没有摸索出一条对创新人才培养的良方,与我国现状不符,高等教育改革势在必行。本文利用系统分析方法,把高校教育教学改革当成一个体系,然后再对体系里的东西进行研究,以找出可行性改革措施;利用项目管理法在较少的硬件条件限制下,利用整合的思想,把某个问题的方方面面合理化;利用比较法对国内高等院改革情况和国外教育教学改革进行比较,对人才培养模式发展现状进行研究,发现当下我们高校人才培养存在的问题,并借鉴其他国家的优势进行改正;利用调查研究法深入了解各大高校当前教育教学改革措施以及模式,获得最新资料,为本文的深入研究提供数据支持。通过对我国高校人才培养和国外人才培养的现状进行调查,结合国外高校人才培养的经验对我国革新型人才培养的模式进行构建。此次研究主要有以下几点收获:教育教学综合改革的核心是以德树人,学校注重“德才兼备、以德为先”,关注对学生的价值观的形成并培养责任心;通过规划和调整学科教师编制和综合资源的有效配置,逐步优化调整现有的学科结构,不断提升教师学术水平和学科建设水平,努力建设学校和政府以及社会之间的关系;在国家和有关部门的支持下,建立政校分开、管办分离、依法办学、社会参与的现代大学治理体系,强化政府的规划引导、政策协调、基本保障和公共服务职能,探索建立社会参与学校决策、管理和监督的体制机制,鼓励社会力量支持学校发展,引导学校更好地服务社会;构建开放式校企协同创新平台,服务地方经济社会发展。将大学之间的学术科研合作拓展到科研成果转移转化的合作,有选择地引进一批海外大学的科研成果,在重点合作区域进行成果转移转化,促进区域经济的升级转型。如果我们想要加强对人才的创新技能的培养,首先要改变大学教育理念:改变对学生的培养计划,建立对学生培养的平台;注重启发学生进行创新思想的形成;加大进行实际实行的力度,提高学生操作能力;向学生多开放一些训练项目,增加对学生的科研和创新能力的培养。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are the cradle and main position of cultivating and bringing up high-quality innovative talents. At present, our national colleges and universities have not found out a good way to cultivate innovative talents, which is not in accordance with the present situation of our country, and the reform of higher education is imperative. This paper makes use of the method of system analysis, regards the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities as a system, then studies the contents of the system in order to find out the feasible reform measures, and makes use of the project management method under less hardware condition. Using the idea of integration, rationalizing all aspects of a certain problem, comparing the reform situation of domestic higher institutions with foreign educational and teaching reforms, and studying the current situation of the development of talent training mode. Find out the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities at present, and use the advantages of other countries for correction; use the method of investigation and research to deeply understand the current educational and teaching reform measures and models in major colleges and universities, and obtain the latest information. To provide data support for the in-depth study of this paper. Based on the investigation of the current situation of talents cultivation in colleges and universities in China and abroad, the model of innovative talents training in our country is constructed in combination with the experience of foreign colleges and universities. The main achievements of this study are as follows: the core of the comprehensive reform of education and teaching is to build people by virtue, and the school pays attention to the formation of students' values and the cultivation of their sense of responsibility by paying attention to "both morality and talent, taking morality as the first"; Through planning and adjusting the establishment of subject teachers and the effective allocation of comprehensive resources, we should gradually optimize and adjust the existing discipline structure, constantly improve the academic level and discipline construction level of teachers, and strive to build the relationship between school, government and society. With the support of the state and relevant departments, the establishment of a modern university governance system with the separation of government and schools, separation of management and administration, school running according to law and social participation, strengthening of government planning and guidance, policy coordination, basic security and public service functions, This paper explores the establishment of an institutional mechanism for social participation in school decision-making, management and supervision, encourages social forces to support the development of schools, guides schools to serve society better, and constructs an open platform for cooperation and innovation between schools and enterprises to serve local economic and social development. This paper extends the cooperation of academic research among universities to the cooperation of transfer and transformation of scientific research achievements, and selectively introduces a number of scientific research achievements of overseas universities, carries out the transfer and transformation of achievements in key cooperative regions, and promotes the upgrading and transformation of regional economy. If we want to strengthen the cultivation of innovative skills of talents, we must first change the concept of college education: change the training plan of students, establish a platform for training students, pay attention to the formation of innovative ideas to inspire students; To increase the actual implementation, improve the students' operational ability, open more training projects to students, and increase the cultivation of students' scientific research and innovation ability.
