“双一流”建设需要关注的若干问题

【摘要】：正拥有一批"中国特色、世界一流"大学,推动建设高等教育强国,是"中国梦"不可或缺的重要组成部分。统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设,是党中央国务院作出的重大战略决策,必将加速实现我国从高等教育大国到强国的历史性跨越。令人鼓舞的是,先期建设已经取得的成效和宝贵经验为国内外所瞩目,为新一轮建设奠定了坚实基础。然而在实践中,还存在着一些值得注意的倾向和问题,本文对此提出若干针对性的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:It is an indispensable part of Chinese Dream to have a group of universities with Chinese characteristics and world class, and to promote the construction of a powerful country in higher education. It is an important strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to promote the construction of world-class universities and disciplines as a whole, and it will certainly accelerate the realization of the historic leap from a large country of higher education to a powerful country. It is encouraging to note that the achievements and valuable experience gained in the advance construction have been paid attention to at home and abroad, and have laid a solid foundation for the new round of construction. However, in practice, there are still some noticeable tendencies and problems.
