高校思想政治教育中大学生法律素质培养探究

【摘要】：社会主义市场经济体系的完善,需要加快法治经济和法治社会建设,把经济社会发展纳入法治化轨道,是当前我国要做的重要事情。我国已经逐渐的迈向法治国家,但是,社会中还存在着一些违法的现象,特别是近年来高校中出现的犯罪案件较多,高校大学生犯罪社会关注度较高,如何加强大学生法律素质的培养显得极其重要。大学生法律素质教育也是素质教育的重要组成部分,大学生在法治社会建设中起着重要的作用,加强高校思想政治教育中大学生法律素质的培养将对社会法治建设的发展起到重要的推动作用。笔者具体阐述了高校思想政治教育中大学生的法律素质主要包括四个要素,他们分别是大学生法律意识、法律知识、法律适用能力和在这个过程中对法律所形成的法律信仰,在对大学生法律素质相关要素进行问卷调查的基础上找到大学生法律素质欠佳的原因并对原因进行了系统的分析,进而针对大学生法律素质的四个要素提出相应的对策,并在此基础上期望能够对高校思想政治教育中大学生法律素质的培养提供有益帮助。
[Abstract]:In order to perfect the socialist market economic system, it is necessary to speed up the construction of the rule of law economy and society, and to bring the economic and social development into the rule of law track, which is an important task to be done in our country at present. China has gradually moved towards a country ruled by law, but there are still some illegal phenomena in the society, especially in recent years, there are more criminal cases in colleges and universities, and college students pay more attention to crime. How to strengthen the cultivation of college students' legal quality is extremely important. Legal quality education for college students is also an important part of quality education, and college students play an important role in the construction of a society ruled by law. Strengthening the cultivation of college students' legal quality in ideological and political education will play an important role in promoting the development of social legal construction. The author concretely expounds that the legal quality of college students in ideological and political education mainly includes four elements, they are the legal consciousness, legal knowledge, law application ability and the legal belief formed in the process. On the basis of a questionnaire survey on the relevant elements of college students' legal quality, the author finds out the reasons for the poor legal quality of college students and makes a systematic analysis of the reasons, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the four elements of college students' legal quality. On the basis of this, it is expected to provide beneficial help for the cultivation of the legal quality of college students in ideological and political education.
