高校加强大学生社会责任感培育研究

【摘要】：社会责任感是大学生综合素质的首要组成部分,在高校人才培养体系中占据重要地位。中央第十六号文件,强调指出,要使大学生培养成德智体美全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人[1]。在一定程度上,大学生就像"晴雨表”一样,灵敏的预示着我们这个时代发展的前景。所以加强大学生社会责任感的培育是当下高校面临的重要课题。本文导论部分首先从选题背景入手,分析了加强当代大学生社会责任感培育的形势;然后进行了对相关概念的辨析;最后论述了中西方大学生社会责任感培育的近况以及本文的研究价值、所运用的研究方法等问题。本文主体部分包括五个方面内容:第一部分,阐述了高校加强大学生社会责任感培育的现实意义,进一步强调了此次研究的必要性和重要性;第二部分,讲述了高校在加强大学生社会责任感培育所运用的思想资源,分别以马克思主义关于人的社会责任相关思想以及中国传统道德教育思想这两个角度进行展开;第三部分,以调查问卷的形式,论述了当代我国大学生社会责任感的状况,并在数据统计整理分析的基础上,提在我国高校大学生社会责任感培育方面存在的问题;第四部分,论述了我国高校在加强大学生社会责任感培育中应坚持的原则和主要内容,明确了以后高校探索大学生社会责任感培育路径的方向;最后一部分,提出了适合我国高校加强大学生社会责任感培育的路径。主要包括培育途径协同化、培育方法多样化、培育体系科学化这三个方面。大学生不仅是将来中国特色社会主义事业的建设者,还是中国经济和社会发展的新引擎。其社会责任意识的强弱直接关系到祖国的兴衰成败。所以要想培养德才兼备、情理兼修的社会主义事业的接班人,就要求高校必须从加强大学生社会责任感培育抓起。
[Abstract]:The sense of social responsibility is the primary component of the comprehensive quality of college students and plays an important role in the talent training system of colleges and universities. The 16th document of the Central Committee emphasized that college students should be trained as qualified socialist builders and reliable successors in the all-round development of morality, intelligence, sports and beauty [1]. To a certain extent, college students, like barometers, are sensitive predictors of the future of our times. Therefore, to strengthen the cultivation of social responsibility of college students is an important subject facing universities. The introduction of this paper begins with the background of the topic, analyzes the situation of strengthening the cultivation of the social responsibility of contemporary college students, and then analyzes the related concepts. Finally, this paper discusses the status quo of the cultivation of social responsibility of college students in China and the West, the research value of this paper, the research methods used and so on. The main part of this paper includes five aspects: the first part expounds the practical significance of strengthening the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility, and further emphasizes the necessity and importance of this research; the second part, This paper describes the ideological resources used by colleges and universities in strengthening the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility, which are carried out from the two angles of Marxist thoughts on human social responsibility and Chinese traditional moral education. In the form of questionnaire, this paper discusses the status of social responsibility of contemporary college students in China, and on the basis of statistical analysis, puts forward the problems existing in the cultivation of social responsibility of college students in our country. This paper discusses the principles and main contents that should be adhered to in strengthening the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility in our country's colleges and universities, and clarifies the direction of exploring the cultivation path of college students' social responsibility in the future. This paper puts forward the way to strengthen the social responsibility of college students in our country. It mainly includes three aspects: coordination of cultivation ways, diversification of cultivation methods and scientific cultivation system. College students are not only the builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the future, but also the new engine of China's economic and social development. The strength of its sense of social responsibility is directly related to the success or failure of the motherland. Therefore, if we want to cultivate the successors of socialist cause with both morality and ability, we must strengthen the cultivation of college students' social responsibility.
