三维视角下高校家庭经济困难学生的思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:高校家庭经济困难学生在当前大学校园中占有相当比例,他们的成长成才日益受到来自家庭、高校和社会的广泛关注。针对高校家庭经济困难学生来自生活学习方面的经济问题,国家与学校都出台了系列优惠政策文件,建立起多元化的“奖、助、贷、补”等资助体系,在一定程度上解决了他们的现实困境,但对这一特殊群体的思想政治教育还存在诸多仍需进一步完善的方面。基于此,本论文以高校家庭经济困难学生为研究对象,对其研究现状进行了量化考察与质化分析,对其思想特点与行为特征等进行阐析,并对其思想政治教育的现存问题从学生群体自身问题、学校教育管理问题、社会环境多方影响三个维度进行了阐释论证,并以前期研究成果为基础,提出了从“高校、家庭和社会”三个维度来共同增进高校家庭经济困难学生思想政治教育的有效路径,旨在提升高校家庭经济困难学生思想政治教育的整体效果,切实地帮助他们全面、健康的成长成才。本论文分成四大部分。第一部分为绪论部分,共分四小节:第一小节阐明本论文的研究背景与研究意义,并提出相关研究的问题,即当前高校家庭经济困难学生在自身心理行为、学校教育管理、社会环境影响等方面的思想政治教育现状不容乐观,存在着各自的现实问题。为此,高校、家庭、社会对家庭经济困难学生思想政治教育重视程度以及合力发挥作用等方面需做深入探究;第二小节对当前高校家庭经济困难学生思想政治教育研究现状进行量化考察与质化分析,系统梳理相关研究趋势与进展情况;第三小节介绍本论文的研究内容与研究方法,本论文主要采用文献研究法、量化质化分析和归纳比较分析、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法;第四小节就本论文研究创新与研究不足进行简介,明晰未来相关研究的努力方向。第二部分为主要阐释高校家庭经济困难学生相关概念,共分两小节:第一小节对家庭经济困难学生的内涵界定与原因分析进行了阐释,即家庭经济困难学生是指家庭经济条件差,没有能力承担学费、住宿费用等;家庭经济困难学生的原因主要包括地域经济发展不平衡、弱势家庭、收入差距扩大等方面。第二小节对家庭经济困难学生的思想特点与行为特征进行阐释,即高校家庭经济困难学生的思想特点表现为思想道德意识差、自卑等;高校家庭经济困难学生的行为特征表现为交际能力差、表现力弱等。第三部分为高校家庭经济困难学生思想政治教育现存问题,共分三个小节:第一小节主要从学生群体自身视角阐析现存问题,指出目前家庭经济困难学生的心理状况不乐观,与家庭教育缺失有着一定的关联;第二小节主要从学校教育管理视角阐析现存问题,指出高校思想政治教育内容缺乏针对性、教育手段单一、教育效果不明显;第三小节主要从社会环境影响视角阐析现存问题,指出社会舆论帮助弱以及社会救助帮扶体系不健全等。第四部分为高校家庭经济困难学生思想政治教育建议对策,共分三个小节:我们认为家庭经济困难学生思想政治教育不能仅依靠高校一己之力,需协调各方共同发力。基于此,提出学校、家庭、社会三个维度协同努力,才能切实做好家庭经济困难学生的思想政治教育工作。首先从学校视角出发,应该从资助育人理念、学生评定体系、学生资助体系、学生心理援助、品质能力培养等角度出发,多措并举来加强家庭经济困难学生的思想政治教育;其次从家庭视角出发,建议加强父母对孩子的正面教育与影响、父母要注重培养孩子独立自信自强、加强高校与学生父母的互动与合作三个方面,来发挥家庭教育的重要作用;第三从社会视角出发,建议广泛营造良好的社会帮扶舆论氛围、建立健全社会公益资助与帮扶体系、全面完善国家相关帮扶的政策制度三个方面,来发挥国家社会的重要作用。
[Abstract]:The students of college family economic difficulties occupy a considerable proportion in the current university campus. Their growth is becoming more and more widely concerned with the family, colleges and society. In view of the economic problems of college students with family economic difficulties from life and study, the state and school have set up a series of preferential policy documents and set up a diversified economy. The financial system such as "prize, help, loan and supplement" has solved their realistic predicament to a certain extent, but there are still many aspects of the ideological and political education of this special group. Based on this, this paper makes a quantitative investigation and qualitative analysis of the current research status of the college family economic difficulties. This paper expounds its ideological and behavioral characteristics, and expounds the existing problems of the ideological and political education from the three dimensions of the students' own problems, the problem of school education management and the social environment, which are based on the previous research results, and put forward the three dimensions of "University, family and society". To enhance the effective path of Ideological and political education for students with financial difficulties in Colleges and universities, the purpose of this thesis is to improve the overall effect of Ideological and political education for students with financial difficulties in Colleges and universities, and to help them to be comprehensive and healthy. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction part, which is divided into four sections: the first section clarifies this thesis The research background and significance, and put forward the related research problems, that is, the current situation of Ideological and political education of college students with family economic difficulties in their own psychological behavior, school education management, social environment and other aspects of Ideological and political education is not optimistic, and there are their own practical problems. The importance of political education and the role of the joint force should be explored in depth. Second small sections make a quantitative investigation and qualitative analysis on the current situation of Ideological and political education for students with family economic difficulties in Colleges and universities, and systematically comb the relevant research trends and progress; third sections introduce the research content and research methods of this paper, The paper mainly adopts the literature research method, quantifies qualitative analysis and comparison analysis, questionnaire survey method, interview method and so on. Fourth sections introduce the research innovation and research deficiency of this paper, clarify the direction of future related research. The second part is mainly to explain the related concepts of College Students' family economic difficulties, which are divided into two sections: The first section explains the definition and reason analysis of the family economic difficulties students, that is, the family economic difficulties students refer to the poor family economic conditions, the lack of ability to bear the tuition and the accommodation costs. The reasons for the students with family economic difficulties mainly include the imbalance of regional economic development, the disadvantaged families and the expansion of the income gap. The two sections explain the ideological characteristics and behavior characteristics of the students with family economic difficulties, that is, the ideological characteristics of the students of college family economic difficulties are poor ideological and moral consciousness and inferiority, and so on. The behavior characteristics of the college family economic difficulties students are poor communicative ability and weak expressiveness. The third part is the college family economic hardship students. The existing problems of Ideological and political education are divided into three sections: the first section mainly analyzes the existing problems from the perspective of the students' group itself, points out that the psychological situation of the students in the family economic difficulties is not optimistic and has a certain connection with the lack of family education. The second sections mainly analyze the existing problems from the perspective of the school education management and point out the university thought. The content of political education is lack of pertinence, the means of education is single, and the effect of education is not obvious. The third sections mainly analyze the existing problems from the perspective of social environment influence, and point out that the help of social public opinion is weak and the social assistance and help system is not perfect. The fourth part is a proposal for the ideological and political education of the college students with economic difficulties, which is divided into three We think that the ideological and political education of the students with family economic difficulties should not rely solely on the strength of their own colleges and universities, and we should coordinate the joint efforts of all parties. Based on this, the three dimensions of school, family and society are put forward in order to do a good job of ideological and political education for students with family economic difficulties. The idea of helping people, student evaluation system, student support system, students' psychological assistance, quality and ability training, and so on, to strengthen the ideological and political education of students with family economic difficulties. Secondly, from the perspective of family, it is suggested to strengthen the positive education and influence of parents to the children, and parents should pay more attention to cultivating their independent self-confidence and self-reliance. To strengthen the interaction and cooperation between college and students' parents in three aspects, to play an important role in family education; third from the perspective of the society, it is suggested that a sound atmosphere of public opinion, establish and perfect the social public welfare support and help system, and complete the three aspects of the national policy system, to give full play to the state society.
