大学生朋辈教育的思想政治教育功能研究

【摘要】：当前,世界范围内各种意识形态变化深刻而复杂,给高校思想政治教育工作制造了很多难题,因此,外部环境对我国高校思想政治教育工作提出了更高的要求。对于学生的教育,应该从多个维度入手,调动一切积极有利的因素,以促进学生在高校思想政治教育中的主体地位。本文选择“大学生朋辈教育”作为思想政治教育的新突破点进行研究,主体研究依托于朋辈教育的思想政治教育功能存在的问题和优化措施。朋辈教育是一种教育的创新途径,这符合我国现阶段推行的创新的观念及改革大方向,而且,朋辈教育也符合思想政治教育理论的主体性原则,更能体现当代思想政治教育对待受教育客体的人文关怀。通过对朋辈教育的思想政治教育功能理论研究的不断探究和实践探索的不断深入,笔者越发认为将朋辈教育运用到高校思想政治教育中具有深远的意义,它能够更好地促进大学生的成长成才,提高当下高校思想政治教育的实效性并且有效扩大思想政治教育的工作队伍。论文就朋辈教育的思想政治教育这一课题,一是阐述了研究这一个课题的背景与意义、国内的文献综述,以及研究这一课题的方法与思路;二是对朋辈教育的相关概念、内涵和理论基础进行了阐释;三是针对目前的实际情况,对大学生朋辈教育开展的必要性及其功能和特征进行了系统梳理;四是结合具体的案例,对大学生朋辈教育实施的基本方法、基本模式和基本问题进行了分析;最后一部分针对朋辈教育的思想政治教育功能运用中的问题提出了一些相关的完善建议,并且进行了总结。旨在拓宽高校思想政治教育的实施路径,为提升高校思想政治教育的实效性发挥积极的作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the profound and complex changes of various ideologies in the world have created a lot of difficult problems for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, the external environment has put forward higher requirements for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country. In order to promote students' main position in ideological and political education, we should start with many dimensions and mobilize all positive and favorable factors. This paper chooses "peer education of college students" as the new breakthrough point of ideological and political education, and the main body studies the problems existing in the function of ideological and political education based on peer education and the optimization measures. Peer education is an innovative way of education, which accords with the innovation concept and reform direction of our country at the present stage. Moreover, the peer education also accords with the principle of subjectivity of ideological and political education theory. It can reflect the humanistic concern of contemporary ideological and political education towards the object of education. Through the research on the theory of the function of the ideological and political education of the peer education and the deepening of the practical exploration, the author thinks that the application of the peer education to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of far-reaching significance. It can promote the growth of college students, improve the effectiveness of the current ideological and political education and effectively expand the work force of ideological and political education. On the subject of the ideological and political education of peer education, the first is to elaborate the background and significance of the research, the domestic literature review, as well as the methods and ideas to study this subject, the second is the related concepts of peer education. The connotation and theoretical basis are explained; third, the necessity, function and characteristics of peer education for college students are systematically combed according to the current actual situation; fourth, combined with specific cases, The basic methods, basic models and basic problems of the implementation of peer education for college students are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the function of peer education in ideological and political education. And the conclusion is made. The purpose is to widen the implementation path of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to play an active role in promoting the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
