职业使命感对大学生可就业能力的影响:求职清晰度与求职效能感的中介作用

【摘要】:基于生涯发展理论与自我效能感理论探讨了职业使命感与大学生可就业能力的关系,以及求职清晰度与求职效能感的中介效应。采用职业使命感量表、求职清晰度量表、求职效能感量表和大学生可就业能力量表对802名大学生进行研究。结果显示:(1)职业使命感对大学生可就业能力的影响受到了求职清晰度的中介作用;(2)求职清晰度对大学生可就业能力的影响受到了求职效能感的中介作用;(3)职业使命感对大学生可就业能力的影响受到了求职效能感的中介作用。因此,求职清晰度与求职效能感在职业使命感与大学生可就业能力之间起链式中介作用,职业使命感不仅会直接影响大学生可就业能力,还会通过求职清晰度与求职效能感间接影响大学生可就业能力。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of career development and self-efficacy, this paper discusses the relationship between the sense of professional mission and the employability of college students, as well as the intermediary effect between job hunting clarity and job search efficacy. A total of 802 college students were investigated with the Occupational sense of Mission scale, Job intelligibility scale, Job efficacy scale and College Student employability scale. The results show that: (1) the influence of occupational mission on the employability of college students is mediated by the definition of job search; (2) the influence of job sharpness on the employability of college students is mediated by the sense of job search efficacy; (3) the effect of occupational definition on the employability of college students is mediated by the sense of job search efficacy. The influence of the sense of life on the employability of college students is mediated by the sense of job-seeking efficacy. Therefore, the definition of job search and the sense of job search efficacy play an intermediary role between the sense of professional mission and the employability of college students, and the sense of professional mission will not only directly affect the employability of college students. It can also indirectly affect the employability of college students through job-seeking clarity and job-seeking efficacy.
