基于高校文化软实力提升的校园文化建设路径研究

【摘要】：进入21世纪后,国与国之间的较量,不仅体现在经济、科技、军事力量等“硬实力”方面,更体现在一个国家的文化、教育、价值观以及意识形态等方面,而这些就是“软实力”的具体表现。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中指出:“当前国家教育事业的发展本身也给人类文明的建设和民族文艺复兴作出了巨大的贡献。”在未来十年的发展时间内,中国应该逐渐向教育强国发展,这也是当前国务院和党中央对于中国教育发展的新的认识,同时更是中国教育事业发展的前景和目标。“教育强国”是中国在几千年发展过程中坚守的发展理念,教育强则中国强。高等院校在整个教育体系中居于十分重要的位置。伴随着高等教育的大众化,国际化,高校软实力的提升问题引起越来越多的关注。高校既是文化传播的重要渠道,高校的校园文化建设也是软实力的重要体现。因此,校园文化建设对高校软实力的提升具有较为关键的作用。本文阐述了校园文化建设与高校文化软实力的概念,以及校园文化建设与高校文化软实力之间的关系。我国高校文化软实力的现状有待提高,通过对校园文化的建设将有效的提升高校文化软实力。文章从对校园环境文化建设,校园行为文化建设,校园制度文化建设,校园精神文化建设四个方面进行分析,发现其存在的问题,找到存在问题的原因,提出对校园文化建设的对策,提升高校文化软实力。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, the contest between countries is reflected not only in the "hard power" of economy, science and technology, and military power, but also in the cultural, educational, value and ideological aspects of a country. These are the concrete manifestations of "soft power." the outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) points out: "the current development of the national educational cause itself has also contributed to the construction of human civilization and the national Renaissance." A great contribution has been made. " In the next ten years, China should gradually develop into a powerful educational country, which is also a new understanding of the development of Chinese education by the State Council and the Party Central Committee, and is also the prospect and goal of the development of Chinese education. "Educational Power" is the development concept that China adheres to in the course of thousands of years development, education is strong and China is strong. Colleges and universities play a very important role in the whole education system. With the popularization and internationalization of higher education, more and more attention has been paid to the promotion of soft power in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities are not only an important channel of cultural transmission, but also an important embodiment of soft power. Therefore, the construction of campus culture plays a key role in enhancing the soft power of colleges and universities. This paper expounds the concept of the construction of campus culture and the soft power of university culture, as well as the relationship between the construction of campus culture and the soft power of university culture. The present situation of cultural soft power in colleges and universities in China needs to be improved, and the construction of campus culture will effectively promote the soft power of university culture. This paper analyzes the construction of campus environment culture, campus behavior culture, campus system culture and campus spiritual culture, finds out the existing problems and finds out the reasons for the problems. The countermeasures of campus culture construction are put forward to promote the soft power of university culture.
