科技拔尖人才的素质特征与大学教育生态优化——基于N大学杰出校友调查数据的层次分析

【摘要】：以N大学在航空航天领域的杰出校友群体为研究对象,归纳总结了高科技拔尖人才的素质特征,对影响科技拔尖人才素质养成的大学教育因素进行了层次分析,并探讨了二者之间的内在关联。结果表明,大学教育对科技拔尖人才素质养成的影响,主要体现在知识结构与学习能力、兴趣与爱好、人际交往与协调能力等方面;教师引导、实践经历、课程体系是影响最大的因素。优化大学教育生态应着力抓好三个方面:完善教学生态链,不断优化人才培养模式;彰显教师的生态主体地位,加快构建师生"从游关系";构建以人为本的文化生态,创造尊重个性、充满仁爱的人文环境。
[Abstract]:Taking the outstanding alumni group of N University in the field of aviation and space as the research object, this paper sums up the quality characteristics of the top talents of high technology, and analyzes the factors of university education that affect the cultivation of the quality of the talents of the top of science and technology. The inner relation between them is also discussed. The results show that the influence of college education on the quality of the top talents is mainly reflected in the knowledge structure and learning ability, interest and hobby, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, teachers' guidance, practical experience, etc. Curriculum system is the most influential factor. In order to optimize the ecology of university education, we should focus on three aspects: perfecting the ecological chain of teaching, constantly optimizing the mode of talent training, showing the ecological status of teachers and students, speeding up the construction of the relationship between teachers and students, constructing the cultural ecology with people as the basis. Create a humane environment that respects individuality and is full of benevolence.
