经济新常态的发展趋势:从数量观念到质量管理——基于大学毕业生就业质量分析的视角

【摘要】:从数量观念转变到质量管理是经济新常态的发展趋势。采用层次分析法构建大学毕业生指标评价体系,并分别从学位层次与单位性质的角度,对大学毕业生的就业质量进行比较。结果表明,学位层次与大学毕业生的就业质量之间存在正相关关系,但是博士毕业生在劳动关系因素上的就业质量评价偏低,并不符合以上正向关系;并且单位性质的不同会使大学毕业生的就业质量产生差别,其中,国有企业和三资企业的就业质量最高,而政府部门和民营企业的就业质量偏低。
[Abstract]:Changing from quantity concept to quality management is the development trend of the new normal economy. The index evaluation system of university graduates is constructed by AHP, and the employment quality of university graduates is compared from the angle of degree level and unit nature. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the degree level and the employment quality of university graduates, but the evaluation of the employment quality of the doctoral graduates on the factors of labor relations is low, which does not accord with the above positive relationship. And the difference of unit quality will make the employment quality of university graduates different. Among them, the employment quality of state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises is the highest, while the employment quality of government departments and private enterprises is on the low side.
