我国教师教育学科化建设研究

【摘要】：教师专业化发展推动了教师教育学科化发展。当前教师教育学科化发展存在学科概念体系不完善、学科性质界定不清晰、缺乏应有的学科制度、缺乏科学的研究方法以及高水平专业学科研究团队等。鉴于此,应从制度建设、课程建设、学科队伍建设以及学科研究水平的角度探究教师教育学科化发展的新内容,从而为教师教育学科化发展找到新的路径。
[Abstract]:The professional development of teachers promotes the development of the subject of teacher education. At present, the subject concept system is not perfect, the definition of the subject nature is not clear, the subject system is lacking, the scientific research method and the high level specialized subject research team are lacking in the development of the subject of teacher education. In view of this, we should explore the new content of the subject development of teacher education from the angle of system construction, curriculum construction, subject team construction and subject research level, so as to find a new way for the subject development of teacher education.
