地方高校留学生教育目标的设定和实践

【摘要】：教育需要目标指引,而目前我国留学生教育缺乏清晰的目标,即理论缺失、实践盲目、缺乏引导。留学生教育目标要兼顾宏观层次的国家战略要求、中观层次的产业和高校发展需要以及微观层次的学生个体需求,是一个多层次的教育目标。地方高校要按照引入和输出兼顾的双向原则、汉语加专业实践的应用原则、突出地方优势的地域原则设计教育目标,并通过构建全方位的课程、趋同的教学方式和师资队伍建设践行教育目标,以此提高教育质量,促进地方高校留学生教育事业的发展。
[Abstract]:Education needs objective guidance, but at present, there is a lack of clear goals in our education for foreign students, that is, lack of theory, blind practice and lack of guidance. The goal of education for foreign students should take into account the national strategic requirements at the macro level, the development needs of industry and universities at the middle level and the individual needs of students at the micro level, which is a multi-level educational goal. Local colleges and universities should design educational objectives according to the bi-directional principle of both introduction and output, the application principle of Chinese plus professional practice, the regional principle of highlighting local advantages, and the construction of all-around courses. In order to improve the quality of education and promote the development of foreign students' education in local colleges and universities, the convergent teaching methods and the construction of teachers' team are carried out in order to improve the quality of education.
