让大学生软实力不软——《当代大学生软实力测度与提升研究》评介

【摘要】：正大学生软实力是其思想意识、价值观念和道德素养等内在要素在个体行为上的综合体现,而大学生硬实力则是他们持有的专业文凭、技能证书以及能在实践中直接发挥作用的操作技能等要素。在社会活动中,大学生的软实力和硬实力之间存在着主导与影响及协同发挥作用的关系。大学生软实力的教育与提升,既是各类大学各专业培养方案的重要组成部分,也是高等院校培养目标实现的基本体现。在现代教育体系中,相对于中学阶段,大学期间除获得必备的专业知识外,提升个体综合实力也极为重要,特别是适应社会、成功创业和就业能力方面的软实力。由此,深入研究大学生软实力,探讨培养与提升当代大学生软实力的途径具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。聊城大学付景远教授在其新作《当代大学生软实力测度与提升研究》一书中,把决定当代大学生个体发展的若干要素概括为大学生软实力,在理论和实践两方面为大学生综合素质提升和全面发展拓展了新空间。
[Abstract]:The soft power of college students is the comprehensive embodiment of their ideological consciousness, values and moral qualities in individual behavior, while the hard power of college students is the professional diploma they hold. Skills certificates and operational skills that can play a direct role in practice. In social activities, there is a relationship between soft power and hard power of college students. The education and promotion of college students' soft power is not only an important part of all kinds of universities' training programs, but also a basic embodiment of the realization of the training goals of colleges and universities. In the modern education system, in contrast to the middle school stage, it is also very important to enhance the comprehensive strength of the individual in addition to obtaining the necessary professional knowledge during the university period, especially in the aspects of adapting to the society, successful entrepreneurship and employment ability. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply study the soft power of college students and explore the ways to cultivate and enhance the soft power of contemporary college students. Professor Fu Jingyuan of Liaocheng University, in his new book, the study on the Measurement and Promotion of Contemporary College students' soft Power, generalizes some elements that determine the individual development of contemporary college students as the soft power of college students. In theory and practice, the comprehensive quality of college students to promote and develop a new space.
