当代大学生利益观存在的主要问题及对策研究

【摘要】：利益问题一直是人们关注的重点问题,学术界对利益问题的研究也由来已久,从对马克思主义利益观的研究,到中国特色社会主义利益观的研究,利益内容从物质利益一元论发展到政治利益、经济利益、文化利益、社会利益、生态利益五位一体,完成了跨越式的发展。但是当代大学生的利益观由于受到我国市场经济发展和社会转型而产生的众多不良现象的影响,出现了一些问题,这事关我国社会主义事业的后备人才资源,必须要引起重视。本着求真务实的精神,本研究在一定范围内选取在校大学生作为调查对象,通过问卷调查数据分析当代大学生利益观存在的主要问题,探析这些问题背后的原因并且研究培育当代大学生正确利益观的对策。全文共分为五个部分:第一部分:前言。主要叙述了研究目的和研究意义,梳理了国内外研究现状,分析了研究的重点、难点以及创新点,最后阐述了主要研究方法。第二部分:主要对当代大学生利益观问题研究加以概述。首先对大学生利益观及相关概念进行概念界定,然后阐述了培育当代大学生正确利益观的重要性和必要性。第三部分:分析了当代大学生利益观的调查现状。首先介绍了问卷调查的基本实施情况,然后阐述了当代大学生利益观的调查现状,包括当代大学生对利益内涵、内容及其获取方式的认识现状,对个体利益、集体利益以及国家利益及其相互关系的认识现状,对物质利益与精神利益关系的认识现状,对经济利益、政治利益、社会利益、文化利益及生态利益关系的认识现状,对长远利益与眼前利益关系的认识现状。第四部分:分析了当代大学生利益观存在的主要问题及成因。首先从调查数据中分析大学生利益观存在的主要问题,并从社会、家庭、高校、大学生自身以及其他方面探究这些问题产生的主要原因。第五部分:主要探析培育当代大学生正确利益观的基本对策。基于前文中大学生利益观存在的主要问题及原因分析,从社会、家庭、高校以及自身等层面探析加强大学生正确利益观培育的对策。
[Abstract]:The issue of interest has always been the focus of attention, and the academic research on interest has been going on for a long time, from the study of the Marxist concept of interest to the study of the view of interest of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The benefit content develops from the material benefit monism to the political interest, the economic interest, the cultural interest, the social interest, the ecological interest five in one, has completed the leapfrog development. However, due to the influence of many bad phenomena caused by the development of market economy and social transformation, there are some problems in the view of interests of contemporary college students, which is related to the reserve talent resources of our socialist cause and must be paid attention to. In the spirit of seeking truth and pragmatism, this study selects the college students as the object of investigation within a certain scope, and analyzes the main problems existing in the view of interest of contemporary college students through the questionnaire survey data. This paper analyzes the reasons behind these problems and studies the countermeasures to cultivate the correct view of interests of contemporary college students. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part: preface. This paper mainly describes the purpose and significance of the research, combs the current research situation at home and abroad, analyzes the key points, difficulties and innovative points of the research, and finally expounds the main research methods. The second part: mainly to the contemporary university student benefit view question research to carry on the summary. This paper first defines the concept of college students' interest and related concepts, and then expounds the importance and necessity of cultivating the correct view of interests of contemporary college students. The third part: the analysis of the status quo of contemporary college students'view of interest. First of all, this paper introduces the basic implementation of the questionnaire survey, and then expounds the status quo of the investigation of the contemporary college students' view of interest, including the understanding of the connotation, content and the way of obtaining the interests of the contemporary college students, and the interests of the individual. The current situation of cognition of collective interest, national interest and their mutual relationship, the relationship between material and spiritual interests, economic interest, political interest, social interest, cultural interest and ecological interest, the present situation of understanding the relationship between material interest and spiritual interest, the understanding of economic interest, political interest, social interest, cultural interest and ecological interest. Understanding of the relationship between long-term interests and immediate interests. The fourth part: analyzes the main problems and causes of contemporary college students'view of interest. This paper first analyzes the main problems in college students' view of interest from the survey data, and probes into the main causes of these problems from society, family, colleges and universities, students themselves and other aspects. The fifth part: mainly analyzes the basic countermeasure of cultivating the correct view of interests of contemporary college students. Based on the analysis of the main problems and reasons in the view of university students' interests, the countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of college students' correct view of interest are analyzed from the aspects of society, family, universities and themselves.
