理想追求与现实境遇:“青年千人”学术发展的状况与问题研究
[Abstract]:As the highest level talent introduction program, the Youth Thousand people Program has attracted much attention since it was launched in 2010. Fully aware of the academic development of "thousands of young people" who have both policy advantages and their own advantages after their return to China and the problems encountered in the process of carrying out their academic work, It is of great significance to further study and do well the introduction and use of talents. Based on the basic information of the first six batches of "young thousand people" and the conceptual connotation of academic development, this study adopts qualitative research methods and focuses on the academic work and life of "young thousand people" from the perspective of academic development. Based on the current situation of academic development after the return of thousands of young people, the problems encountered in the process of carrying out their academic work, and what measures can be taken to help them solve these problems smoothly, This paper probes into the present situation of the development of teaching, scientific research and service after the introduction of this group, summarizes the development problems encountered by "young thousand people" at the level of policy, institution and individual, and analyzes the characteristics of academic development of "young thousand people" after returning to China. The problems in academic work are reconsidered and suggestions are put forward. This study found that after the "young thousand people" returned to China, their schools gave greater support, and the group also set up their own laboratories and set up new research teams in a short period of time, and showed that academic work was more innovative and pluralistic. Scientific research work to cross-border cooperation, professional title leapfrogging promotion and other characteristics. Concretely speaking, the young thousand people have different teaching styles, such as the internationalization of the teaching language, the variety of teaching methods and the strong exploration of teaching activities. In the aspect of scientific research, the ideas and ways of "young people" guiding students have their own characteristics, the team is mainly small and medium-sized, and it emphasizes the cultivation of students' independence and innovation consciousness, and the way of cultivation is more international. In terms of service, only a small number of "young people" have accepted administrative posts. Because of their long overseas experience, the more liberal and open mode of thinking and management style, they have also promoted the transformation of the organizational management methods of their institutions. However, in the process of engaging in academic work, this group has also encountered certain problems: the stage of policy support, the slow distribution of matching funds, and the great pressure of examination have brought certain troubles to "young thousand people". The study also found that the actual situation of "thousands of young people" after returning to China has a certain gap with their own expectations, mainly in the form of difficulties in the construction of scientific research teams, difficulties in applying for scientific research funds, and difficulty in communicating with their counterparts in China. Through a careful understanding of the current situation of academic work after the return of the "young thousand" and the problems encountered in the academic work, the author proposes to create a scientific research atmosphere suitable for the growth of high-end overseas talents and to give them relatively free space for development. To create a healthy and diverse academic environment is still the key to give full play to the role of talents.
