基于微时代下大学生心理特点的高校思想政治教育工作研究
[Abstract]:Weibo, WeChat, micro-vision and so on are taken as media representatives and short and refined as the characteristics of cultural communication. The rise of the micro-era has a profound influence on the psychological characteristics and behavior of college students, and also brings new opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. How to understand the psychological characteristics of college students in the micro-era is based on a profound understanding of the psychological characteristics of college students. It is an important problem for colleges and universities to do ideological and political education well. This article mainly adopts the literature research method, the comparative analysis method and the multi-disciplinary cross-research method and so on social science research method, launches the research from the following several parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly analyzes the article research background, the research significance, The research results of psychological characteristics of college students under the influence of micro-age are summarized and analyzed at home and abroad. The second part mainly discusses the definition of micro-era and related characteristics of the era, and based on this, explores the common psychological characteristics of college students in micro-era. This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of personality behavior, thinking consciousness and emotion cognition of college students. The third part mainly discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the aspects of the main body, the content, the carrier and the environment of education in the new era. The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students in the light of the psychological characteristics of college students under the influence of the micro-era. The problems are mainly reflected in the lack of understanding of the micro-age by ideological and political educators, the failure of the contents and methods of work to meet the psychological characteristics and needs of college students and the impact of garbage information on ideological and political education. In view of the above problems, the reasons are: the media literacy consciousness of ideological and political education workers is not enough, the relevant media supervision system is not perfect, and the college students' insufficient control ability is easy to indulge in the network and so on. The fifth part is the focus of the article, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to meet the psychological needs of college students and effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in view of the psychological characteristics of college students in the micro-era. It mainly starts from four aspects: micromedia, micro-communication channel, micro-era college environment and micro-era hot application. This paper puts forward the flexible use of changing classes in colleges and universities, innovating the working methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, setting up a micro platform to promote the healthy exchange of equality, mutual aid and harmony between teachers and students from the perspective of daily life. In order to strengthen the influence and timeliness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we should build a material environment dominated by the campus environment and a spiritual environment guided by the socialist core value system, and make use of the popular application of Weibo, WeChat, micro-vision and micro-courses in the micro-era.
