论教授治学组织架构的再优化

【摘要】：长期以来,我国高校教授治学组织建设一直处于各行其是的探索之中。《高等学校学术委员会规程》出台之后,教授治学有了顶层制度安排,高校进行组织架构的再优化也有了政策依托。系统性、规范性与多样性是判定组织架构是否健全的三维依据,同时也构成了教授治学组织架构再优化的有效路径。健全机构、理顺关系,强化系统性是教授治学组织架构再优化的前提;统一标准、完善制度,强化规范性是再优化的基础;分类治理、差异建构,强化多样性则是再优化的关键,三者构成了教授治学组织架构再优化的有机整体与思考路向。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the construction of academic organization of university professors in our country has been in the process of exploring their own ways. After the introduction of the rules of the academic Committee of Colleges and Universities, there has been a top-level institutional arrangement for professors to study academic studies. Colleges and universities to optimize the organizational structure also has policy backing. Systematization, standardization and diversity are the three dimensional basis for judging whether the organizational structure is sound or not, and it also constitutes an effective way to optimize the organizational structure of academic research by professors. Perfecting the organization, straightening out the relationship and strengthening the systematization are the premise of the re-optimization of the organizational structure of the professor's scholarship; the foundation of the re-optimization is to unify the standard, perfect the system and strengthen the standardization; Strengthening diversity is the key to re-optimization, and the three constitute the organic whole and thinking direction of the organizational structure re-optimization of teaching scholarship.
