高校综合评价招生改革:演进逻辑、模式选择和对策分析

【摘要】：综合评价招生既是国家确定的高校招生重要改革目标、方向和举措之一,也是目前部分省市和高校正在进行试点的一种招生模式。它经历了从个别特殊类型高校、专业向普通文理科高校、专业逐步扩展,从"两要素"到"多要素"渐趋完备等的演进历程。从广义上理解,综合评价可以有多种实现形式,如自主招生、多要素量化合成总分、统考统招体系内扩大中学综合素质评价作用、多要素评价由学校自主确定结合方式等;从狭义上理解,现阶段的综合评价招生模式是一种多要素量化合成总分进行选拔的模式,具体又可以分为"两位一体"、"三位一体"、"四位一体"三种模式。公平性、科学性、成本效益因素是制约综合评价招生改革深化和推广的主要因素。综合评价招生的试点范围和规模具有较大的拓展空间。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive evaluation of enrollment is not only one of the important reform goals, directions and measures, but also a kind of enrollment model that some provinces, cities and universities are trying out at present. It has gone through the evolution course from the individual special type university, the specialty to the general arts and science university, the specialty expands step by step, from "two elements" to "the multi-element" gradually becomes complete and so on. In a broad sense, comprehensive evaluation can be realized in many forms, such as independent enrollment, quantitative synthesis of multiple factors, expansion of the comprehensive quality evaluation function of middle school in the unified examination system, and independent determination of the combined mode of multi-factor evaluation by the school. In a narrow sense, the current comprehensive evaluation of enrollment model is a multi-element quantitative synthesis of total score selection model, and can be divided into "two in one", "three in one", "four in one" three models. The factors of fairness, science and cost-benefit are the main factors restricting the deepening and popularizing of the comprehensive evaluation of enrollment reform. Comprehensive evaluation of the scope and scale of the pilot enrollment has a larger expansion space.
