理工科高校安全文化评价研究

【摘要】:本文以某省全日制普通理工科高校(以下简称理工科高校)作为研究对象,理工科高校肩负着培养社会所需要高级人才的重任,且影响大学生安全的因素越来越多,如何加强校园安全文化建设,提高大学生综合安全素质,增强安全防范和自我保护意识越来越受到理工科高校的重视。首先分析本文的研究背景,分类、总结和归纳已有的研究成果,详细介绍高校、安全文化、高校安全文化、安全管理模式和全日制普通理工科高校相关概念。然后从三个不同的角度将理工科高校安全文化体系分为安全文化空间体系、对象体系和形态体系。为了保证评价指标选取的全面性和可行性,以理工科高校安全文化形态体系为基础,通过实地调查和访谈相结合、文献查阅和文献总结相结合的方法,选取4个一级指标和29个二级指标构建理工科高校安全文化评价指标体系。运用SPSS检验问卷数据的有效性、AMOS进行评价模型的拟合和修正。最后,根据模型评价结果,结合理工科高校特点,从理工科高校安全观念文化、安全制度文化、安全行为文化和安全物质文化四个方面分别提出了提升对策。通过本文的研究,一方面明确理工科高校安全文化体系分类,建立校园安全文化评价体系,丰富安全文化的评价方法,提高评价结果的客观性,有效地分析了某省理工科高校安全文化管理和建设现状,提出相应的提升建议。另一方面可以推广结论的实用性,本文所采用的校园安全文化评价方法和模型、提出的提升对策可以为其他高校评估和改善校园安全文化提供给借鉴。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a province of full-time ordinary science and engineering universities (hereinafter referred to as science and engineering universities) as the research object, science and engineering colleges and universities shoulder the important task of training the senior talents needed by the society, and there are more and more factors that affect the safety of college students. How to strengthen the construction of campus safety culture, improve the comprehensive security quality of college students, enhance the awareness of safety prevention and self-protection has been paid more and more attention by science and engineering universities. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research background, classification, summary and induction of existing research results, introduces in detail the university, safety culture, university safety culture, safety management model and full-time ordinary universities of science and engineering related concepts. Then from three different angles, the safety culture system of science and engineering universities is divided into safety culture space system, object system and form system. In order to ensure the comprehensiveness and feasibility of evaluation index selection, based on the safety culture form system of science and engineering universities, the method of combining field investigation with interview, literature review and literature summary is adopted. The safety culture evaluation index system of science and engineering universities is constructed by selecting 4 first class indexes and 29 second class indexes. Amos was used to evaluate the validity of SPSS questionnaire data. Finally, according to the evaluation results of the model, combined with the characteristics of science and engineering universities, this paper puts forward the promotion countermeasures from four aspects: safety concept culture, safety system culture, safety behavior culture and safety material culture. Through the research of this paper, on the one hand, the classification of safety culture system in universities of science and engineering is defined, the evaluation system of campus safety culture is established, the evaluation method of safety culture is enriched, and the objectivity of evaluation results is improved. This paper analyzes the present situation of safety culture management and construction in science and engineering colleges and universities in a province, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for promotion. On the other hand, it can popularize the practicability of the conclusion. The evaluation method and model of campus safety culture adopted in this paper, and the proposed promotion countermeasures can be used for reference for other colleges and universities to evaluate and improve campus safety culture.
