“学术硬着陆”:高校文科青年海归教师的工作适应研究

【摘要】:高校海归教师是留学归国人员重要的组成群体,他们知识储备丰富、国际化视野宽广。本研究以文科青年教师为例,通过访谈,探索他们进入高校后的教学和科研工作适应现状。研究结果显示,部分文科青年海归教师遭遇"学术硬着陆":尽管有教学热情,但缺乏必要的教学技能;课题申请、论文发表也面临重重困难,研究进展缓慢;此外,文科青年海归教师对国内高校科研评价与晋升机制缺乏认同。最后根据访谈结果探索导致"学术硬着陆"的原因,分析影响文科青年海归教师工作适应的因素,并从高校和青年海归教师的角度提出针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:College returned teachers are an important group of returned students. They have abundant knowledge and broad international vision. This study takes young teachers of liberal arts as an example to explore their adaptation to teaching and scientific research after entering colleges and universities through interviews. The results of the study show that some young liberal arts returned overseas teachers have encountered an "academic hard landing": despite their enthusiasm for teaching, they lack the necessary teaching skills; they face difficulties in applying for the subject, and their research progress is slow. The young returned teachers of liberal arts lack the recognition of the evaluation and promotion mechanism of scientific research in domestic colleges and universities. Finally, according to the results of the interview, this paper explores the causes of the "academic hard landing", analyzes the factors that affect the work adaptability of the young liberal arts returned teachers, and puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of colleges and universities and young overseas returning teachers.
