高等教育中外合作办学区域特色建构研究

【摘要】：随着近年来高校中外合作办学的蓬勃发展,我国高等教育中外合作办学的发展格局逐步呈现出人才培养规模化、办学模式多元化、优质资源引进全球化等特点,同时也面临着办学定位不清晰、学科专业设置重复率高、项目层次水平偏低、缺乏核心竞争力等方面的发展困境。只有在立足区域发展需求,科学找准办学定位,探索独具特色的合作办学发展模式的基础上,抓住国家战略发展机遇,积极实施"区域特色战略",构建核心竞争优势,才能在高等教育国际化大潮中顺利实现创新发展。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in recent years, the development pattern of Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher education in our country has gradually shown the characteristics of personnel training on a large scale, diversified modes of running schools, and the introduction of high-quality resources into the globalization. At the same time, it also faces the difficulties of unclear orientation, high repetition rate of subject and specialty setting, low level of project level, lack of core competence and so on. Only on the basis of basing on the needs of regional development, scientifically finding out the orientation of running a school scientifically, exploring the unique mode of cooperative school-running development, grasping the opportunity of national strategic development, actively implementing "regional characteristic strategy", constructing the core competitive advantage, In order to realize innovation and development smoothly in the tide of internationalization of higher education.
