基础医学模块整合课程的实施及思考

【摘要】：传统的以学科为中心的三段式医学课程模式已很难满足现代医学教育的需求,而课程整合是一项重要的教学改革模式。安徽医科大学基础医学院在5年制临床医学专业部分小班中实施了基础医学课程整合。该整合课程体系由两部分模块组成,第一部分模块以学科知识为连线进行整合,包括生命的化学、感染与免疫及基础医学导论等3个模块课程;第二部分模块基于人体器官系统整合的消化系统、心血管系统等9个模块课程,各模块课程教学分别在第二学期至第五学期进行。整合课程体系教学实施取得了一定的成效,但也存在着学生学习模式、教学效果评价等问题,需要在今后教学实践中不断地探讨和改进来加以解决。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to meet the needs of modern medical education in the traditional three-stage medical curriculum model, which is centered on the subject, and curriculum integration is an important teaching reform model. The College of basic Medicine of Anhui Medical University implemented the course integration of basic medicine in some small classes of 5-year clinical medicine major. The integrated curriculum system is composed of two modules. The first part integrates the subject knowledge, including the chemistry of life, infection and immunity, and the introduction of basic medicine. The second part of the module is based on the integration of human organ system digestive system, cardiovascular system and other nine module courses, each module teaching from the second semester to the fifth semester. The implementation of integrated curriculum system has made some achievements, but there are still some problems such as students' learning mode and teaching effect evaluation, which need to be solved in teaching practice in the future.
