中医院校本科护生职业素养培育中的逆商问题研究

【摘要】:随着国家“十二五”规划的圆满收官,我国新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化深入发展,人口老龄化进程加快,健康服务业蓬勃发展。护士是医疗卫生人才队伍中不可或缺重要组成部分,护理工作是医疗卫生事业的重要组成部分,是医疗卫生事业稳步运行的保证。人民群众对医疗健康服务的需求越来越旺盛,对护士职业素养的要求也不断提高,中专、大专层次的护理教育逐渐弱化,本科高等护理教育成为培养高素质护理人才的主力军,各类高等中医院校也竞相开设护理学本科专业。但护士的社会地位仍不高、工作强度大待遇低、护患矛盾冲突屡有发生等等,都将对在校护生的学习和未来职业选择产生不良影响。如何在这种情况下仍能保证护生热爱专业、忠于职业,这就需要在护生的职业逆商素养的培育方面多下功夫。本文通过研读国内外学者关于护生职业素养中逆商问题的研究成果,首先,界定了中医院校本科护生职业素养、护理职业逆商素养的基本内涵,阐明中医院校护生的职业特征,详细介绍中医院校护生职业逆境,着重强调逆商在中医院校护生职业素养中的特殊重要性;其次,以辽宁中医药大学、浙江中医药大学、河南中医药大学、云南中医学院为例,积极进行实证调研,探寻个人自身差异、学校培育、家庭教育、社会环境等因素与中医院校护生职业逆商素养培育的内在关联为有效的解决策略的提出奠定基础;最后,以马克思主义人的本质理论、马克思主义人的全面发展理论、马克思主义唯物辩证法思想、马克思主义思想政治教育相关理论等理论为指导,有针对性的提出中医院校护生职业逆商素养培育的具体路径:以科学的教育理念引领护生职业逆商素养的培养,完善和丰富中医院校全过程教育,提升中医院校全体教职工队伍素质,建立“学校-家庭”联动机制,优化社会环境。希望通过本文的研究,能从理论和实践上对探索中医院校护生职业逆商素养培育的路径,建立完善的中医院校思想政治教育体系有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:With the successful completion of the 12th Five-Year Plan, China's new industrialization, information technology, urbanization, agricultural modernization, population aging process accelerated, health services booming. Nurse is an indispensable part of medical and health personnel, nursing is an important part of medical and health care, and it is the guarantee of steady operation of medical and health care. The people's demand for medical and health services is more and more vigorous, and the requirements for nurses' professional accomplishment are also increasing. The nursing education at the technical secondary school and junior college level is gradually weakened, and the undergraduate higher nursing education has become the main force in the cultivation of high-quality nursing personnel. All kinds of higher colleges of traditional Chinese medicine also compete to set up undergraduate nursing specialty. However, the social status of nurses is still not high, the work intensity is low, the conflicts between nurses and patients occur frequently, and so on, which will have a negative impact on the study and future career choice of nursing students in school. How to ensure that nursing students love their profession and be loyal to their profession in this situation requires more efforts in cultivating their professional anti-business literacy. In this paper, through the study of domestic and foreign scholars' research results on the problem of inverse quotient in nursing students' professional literacy, firstly, the author defines the basic connotation of undergraduate nursing students' professional literacy and nursing professional inverse quotient literacy, and clarifies the professional characteristics of nursing students in TCM colleges and universities. This paper introduces in detail the professional adversity of nursing students in Chinese medicine colleges and emphasizes the special importance of inverse quotient in the professional accomplishment of nursing students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities. Secondly, taking Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhejiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine, Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine and Yunnan College of traditional Chinese Medicine as examples, actively conducting empirical research to explore personal differences, school development, and family education. The internal relationship between social environment and nursing students' professional inverse quotient accomplishment cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities lays the foundation for the effective solution strategy. Finally, guided by the theory of human nature of Marxism, the theory of all-round development of human beings of Marxism, the dialectical thought of Marxist materialism, the relevant theories of Marxist ideological and political education, etc. This paper puts forward the specific path of cultivating nursing students' professional inverse quotient literacy in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities: leading the cultivation of nursing students' professional inverse quotient literacy with scientific educational idea, perfecting and enriching the whole process education of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities. To improve the quality of all teaching staff in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities, to establish the "school-family" linkage mechanism and to optimize the social environment. It is hoped that through the study of this paper, it will have certain reference and reference value for exploring the path of cultivation of nursing students' professional counter-quotient accomplishment and for establishing a perfect ideological and political education system of TCM colleges and universities in theory and practice.
