当代大学生友善品质现状及其提升路径

【摘要】:当代大学生是国家的未来,民族的希望,他们的友善品质状况影响着社会整体的思想道德素质状况。该文在前人研究成果的基础上,结合当代大学生思想行为的新特点,运用文献资料法、问卷调研法、书面访谈法等,遵循知、情、信、行的品质发展规律,对当代大学生的友善品质的状况进行了实证调研,对在实证调研后发现的问题进行归纳与总结,以及基于当代大学生成长的生态环境的新特点,不断探究与创新提升当代大学生友善品质的路径。调查结果表明,当代大学生对友善品质的自我认知基本符合社会发展预期,能够较为准确地理解友善品质的科学内涵与内容构成,并且对提升品质的重要性高度认可,对优秀传统文化中的友善资源能够适度接纳。同时,对友善行为的情感体验呈正效价性,能够积极认可生活、学习以及交往过程中的友善行为,对生活、学习、交往过程中的不友善行为持不认可态度。但在调查中也发现,当代大学生对友善行为的信念不够坚定,难以发挥友善意识顺利转化为友善行为的催化作用,使得友善行为的践行效果欠佳。其践行效果欠佳的主要表现为友善行为的动机功利化取向明显,友善行为的程度具有差异性,友善认知清晰但友善行为存在“不确定性”,“知行不一”的现象较为普遍。针对当代大学生友善品质的状况特点及存在的问题,提升当代大学生的友善品质的路径主要从坚持课堂主导,提高对友善品质的自我认知;注重环境熏陶,重在养成仁义孝悌的家庭风气、营造友爱互助的校园氛围、培育崇德向善的社会情怀;拓展实践锻炼平台,主要依托传统节庆活动,开展友善主题教育活动以及依托服务-学习平台,建设友善项目实践基地;强调自教自律,旨在提高自我认知、提升情感体验以及养成践行友善行为的好习惯;最后制度机制建设作保障,作好健全崇德向善的激励机制、加强善行义举的保护机制、完善不义失德的警戒机制。
[Abstract]:Contemporary college students are the future of the country and the hope of the nation. Their friendly qualities affect the ideological and moral quality of the society as a whole. On the basis of the previous research results, combined with the new characteristics of contemporary college students' thought and behavior, this paper applies the methods of literature, questionnaire investigation, written interview and so on, and follows the rules of the quality development of knowledge, emotion, trust and behavior. This paper makes an empirical investigation on the friendly quality of contemporary college students, sums up and summarizes the problems found after the empirical investigation, and based on the new characteristics of the ecological environment of contemporary college students' growth. Explore and innovate the path to improve the friendliness of contemporary college students. The results show that the self-cognition of friendliness quality of contemporary college students is basically in line with the expectation of social development, and can accurately understand the scientific connotation and content composition of friendly quality, and highly recognize the importance of improving the quality of college students. The friendly resources in the excellent traditional culture can be accepted moderately. At the same time, the emotional experience of friendly behavior is positive, and can actively recognize the friendly behavior in life, learning and communication, and disapprove of the unfriendly behavior in life, study and communication. However, in the investigation, it is also found that college students' belief in friendly behavior is not firm enough to play a catalytic role in the smooth transformation of friendly consciousness into friendly behavior, which makes the practice of friendly behavior ineffective. The main performance of its poor performance is that the motive utilitarian orientation of the friendly behavior is obvious, the degree of the friendly behavior is different, the friendly cognition is clear but the friendly behavior exists "uncertainty", and the phenomenon of "knowing and doing differently" is relatively common. In view of the current characteristics of college students' friendly quality and the existing problems, the way to improve the friendliness quality of contemporary college students is mainly from insisting on the classroom leading and improving the self-cognition of the friendly quality. Pay attention to the influence of the environment, focusing on cultivating the family atmosphere of benevolence, filial piety and filial piety, creating the campus atmosphere of friendship and mutual help, and cultivating the social feelings of Chongde and good; Expand the practical training platform, mainly rely on the traditional festival activities, carry out friendly theme education activities and rely on the service-learning platform to build a friendly project practice base; The emphasis on self-teaching and self-discipline aims at improving self-awareness, enhancing emotional experience and developing good habits of practicing friendly behavior; Finally, the construction of system mechanism should be guaranteed, the incentive mechanism of worshiping morality should be perfected, the protection mechanism of good deeds should be strengthened, and the warning mechanism of unrighteousness and dismorality should be perfected.
