协同创新理念下河北大学建设一流大学对策研究

【摘要】：在世界范围内,一个国家兴盛的前提在于一流大学的建设。一流大学的建设不仅局限在科学、知识与技术方面的教育,更重要的是为弘扬现当代人类的思想与文化。习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上说过,“为了实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,教育尤其是高等教育的地位和作用不可忽视。我们对高等教育的需求比以往任何时候都要迫切,对科学知识和卓越人才的渴求比以往任何时候都更加强烈”。河北大学进行一流大学的建设,一方面是建设教育强省的客观需要,一方面是促进区域协调发展的迫切需要。在深化京津冀协同发展的过程中,“双一流”建设战略的提出,一方面是河北大学的发展机会和严峻考验,另一方面是提升河北省高等教育整体实力的宝贵机遇。本文引入协同创新理念,深入探讨了河北大学建设一流大学的实践探索以及出现的问题,这对河北大学未来的一流大学建设以及河北省同类高校的建设发展具有一定的现实意义。本文以河北大学建设一流大学的对策为研究主题,运用文献法、比较分析法和定性定量相结合的方法,阐述了协同创新和一流大学的相关概念和理论,总结了河北大学进行的实践探索,分析了河北大学发展中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了围绕京津冀协同发展战略,搭建文化平台、跨学科培养学生、加强产学研合作、推动国际化办学的建议。以期促进河北大学更快地实现建设一流大学的目标,并对河北省其他高校的一流大学建设提供经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the world, the premise of a country's prosperity lies in the construction of first-class universities. The construction of first-class universities is not only limited to the education of science, knowledge and technology, but also to carry forward the modern and contemporary human thought and culture. General Secretary Xi Jinping said at the National Conference on ideological and political work in higher Education, "in order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Chinese Dream, the status and role of education, especially higher education, cannot be ignored. The need for higher education is more urgent than ever, and the need for scientific knowledge and exceptional talent is stronger than ever before. " The construction of first-class universities in Hebei University is not only the objective need to build a strong province of education, but also the urgent need to promote the coordinated development of the region. In the process of deepening the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the development opportunity and severe test of Hebei University and the precious opportunity to enhance the overall strength of higher education in Hebei Province are put forward. This paper introduces the idea of collaborative innovation and probes into the practical exploration and problems of Hebei University in the construction of first-class universities. This is of practical significance to the construction of Hebei University in the future and the construction and development of the same kind of universities in Hebei Province. Taking the countermeasures of Hebei University to build first-class universities as the research theme, using the methods of literature, comparative analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper expounds the related concepts and theories of cooperative innovation and first-class universities. This paper summarizes the practice and exploration carried out by Hebei University, analyzes on the problems existing in the development of Hebei University, and puts forward the strategy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei University, sets up a cultural platform, trains students across disciplines, and strengthens the cooperation between production, education and research. Suggestions for promoting internationalized schools. The purpose of this paper is to promote Hebei University to realize the goal of constructing first-class university more quickly, and to provide experience for other universities in Hebei Province.
