我国高校意识形态安全现状及对策研究

【摘要】：高校意识形态安全作为国家意识形态安全的重要组成部分,关系到改革发展的稳定大局,关系到党的执政基础和全面建成小康社会伟大事业的兴衰成败,是影响社会秩序稳定、国民经济健康平稳发展、国家政权的巩固和民族团结与统一的重要因素。建构高校意识形态安全,有利于大学生形成有机统一的民族合力和中国精神,有利于增强大学生的凝聚力、向心力和聚合力,有利于增强大学生的责任感和使命感,有利于促进社会主义精神文明建设和和谐社会发展。目前,我国高校意识形态工作始终坚持了正确的道路和先进的前进方向,高校意识形态主流良好,大学生思想政治状况总体积极向上,高校意识形态形势平稳可控。与此同时,国内外环境相继发生复杂转变,随着互联网技术的高速发展,信息化大数据时代的来临,给我国高校意识形态工作带来了新的发展机遇,同时也带来了严峻的挑战。新形势下,我国高校意识形态安全具有极其重要的战略地位,要求我们坚守高校意识形态阵地,牢牢把握高校意识形态工作的领导权和话语权,拓展思想政治教育的新形式,打造一支专业过硬的人才队伍,用马克思主义中国化最新理论成果武装广大师生的头脑,用社会主义核心价值观引导大学生实践活动,为实现伟大复兴中国梦提供人才队伍和智力支持。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the national ideological security, the ideological security of colleges and universities is related to the overall situation of reform and development, to the ruling foundation of the Party and to the success or failure of the great cause of building a well-off society in an all-round way, which affects the stability of the social order. The healthy and steady development of the national economy, the consolidation of the state power and the important factors of national unity and unity. The construction of ideological security in colleges and universities is conducive to the formation of an organic unity of the national resultant force and the Chinese spirit, the enhancement of college students' cohesion, centripetal force and resultant force, and the enhancement of their sense of responsibility and mission. It is conducive to promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and the development of a harmonious society. At present, the ideological work in colleges and universities in China has always adhered to the correct road and advanced direction, the ideological mainstream of colleges and universities is good, the ideological and political situation of college students is generally positive and upward, and the ideological situation of colleges and universities is stable and controllable. At the same time, the environment at home and abroad has undergone complex changes. With the rapid development of Internet technology and the advent of the era of information big data, the ideological work of colleges and universities in China has brought new opportunities for development, but also brought severe challenges. Under the new situation, the ideological security of colleges and universities in our country has an extremely important strategic position, which requires us to adhere to the ideological position of colleges and universities, to firmly grasp the leadership and discourse power of ideological work in colleges and universities, and to expand the new forms of ideological and political education. To build a team of highly qualified professionals, arm the minds of teachers and students with the latest theoretical achievements of Marxism in China, and guide college students' practical activities with socialist core values.
