场域理论视阈下的研究生学术不端行为深度透视

【摘要】：学术不端行为已是研究生教育领域综合改革久治不愈的顽疾。场域理论将研究生群体置于学术场域这一"位置、权力、关系与惯习"学术生态系统中,以此来探究他们在学术场域中的学术不端表征与发生机理。研究生群体的学术价值观在场域间的动荡与更迭中发生了扭曲,学术不端已演化为他们从事学术实践活动的一种现实逻辑。产生这一现象的根源在于,学术场域与社会关系间撕扯不清、界限模糊,研究生入学动机与培养目标、手段的制度性解构,惯习失衡下的策略博弈之举。为此,明晰学术场域与其他社会关系的界限、确保学术的独立话语权,优化学术场域内结构要素、彰显学术制度的公正合理性,凝结想象的学术共同体意识,引导研究生群体养成良好的学术惯习应成为规范研究生学术行为的要旨所在。
[Abstract]:Academic misconduct has been a persistent problem of comprehensive reform in the field of graduate education. The field theory puts graduate students in the academic ecosystem of "position, power, relationship and habit" in order to explore their representation and mechanism of academic misconduct in academic field. The academic values of graduate students have been distorted in the turbulence and change of their academic values, and academic misconduct has evolved into a kind of realistic logic for them to engage in academic practice. The root of this phenomenon lies in the confusion between the academic field and social relations, the blurring of the boundaries, the motivation of postgraduate entrance and the goal of cultivation, the institutional deconstruction of the means, and the strategy game under the imbalance of habit. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the boundary between academic field and other social relations, to ensure the independent right of academic discourse, to optimize the structural elements of academic field, to highlight the justice and rationality of academic system, and to condense the imaginary sense of academic community. Guiding graduate students to develop good academic habits should be the main aim of standardizing graduate students' academic behavior.
