高等农业院校人才培养质量动态综合评价研究

【摘要】:随着高校的不断扩招,我国高等教育的规模也迅速扩大,高等教育的质量问题也成为高等教育中的热点问题。而人才培养质量是高等教育质量的核心,因此高等教育人才培养质量是高等教育质量中至关重要的问题。本研究在回顾相关文献及归纳相关理论的基础上,根据第四轮学科评估中关于人才培养质量的相关指标,依据指标选取原则,确定了高等农业院校人才培养质量的评价指标,并通过纵横向拉开档次法构建动态综合评价模型来对高等农业院校的人才培养质量进行研究,同时以我国12所高等农业院校为例进行了实证分析,通过分析结果发现目前高等农业院校在人才培养方面存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议。本研究的成果主要有三个方面:第.,根据我国教育部下发的第四轮学科评估中关于人才培养质量的相关内容,确定了较为完善、合理的高等农业院校人才培养质量评价指标,其中包含了师资质量、培养过程质量、在校生质量和毕业生质量这三个维度的评价指标;第二,构建了用于评价高等农业院校人才培养质量的动态综合评价模型,通过编写代码,利用MATLAB软件对收集整理的576个数据进行了处理与模型计算,得到了我国12所高等农业院校在"十二五规划"期间三年的动态综合评价值;第三,利用综合评价结果对高等农业院校的人才培养质量按最大序差范围进行了后续分析等研究,并通过对动态综合评价模型的评价结果进行分析,发现目前高等农业院校在人才培养中存在的问题并给出了相应的对策建议。本研究的创新点是应用纵横向拉开档次法建立高等农业院校人才培养质量动态综合评价模型,在求指标权重时将时间这一隐含要素包含其中,较突出地体现了人才培养质量评价的动态性,既从"横向"上体现了高校之间的差异,同时又在"纵向"上反映了各高校人才培养质量的总体情况,评价结果具有可比性,并基于评价结果运用最大序差法对高等农业院校的发展趋势进行分析,从而掌握我国高等农业院校的人才培养能力在连续多时段内动态发展的综合情况,为高等农业院校的人才培养质量评价提供帮助。
[Abstract]:With the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the scale of higher education in China is expanding rapidly, and the quality of higher education has become a hot issue in higher education. The quality of talent training is the core of the quality of higher education, so the quality of talent training of higher education is a crucial issue in the quality of higher education. On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature and summarizing the relevant theories, according to the related indexes of the fourth round of discipline evaluation on the quality of personnel training, according to the principle of selecting indicators, the evaluation index of talent training quality in agricultural colleges and universities is determined. And the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by the method of vertical and horizontal pull open grade to study the quality of personnel training in agricultural colleges and universities. At the same time, taking 12 agricultural colleges and universities in China as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis. Through the analysis, the author finds out the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in agricultural colleges and universities at present and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main results of this study are as follows: first, according to the relevant contents of the fourth round of discipline evaluation issued by the Ministry of Education of China on the quality of personnel training, a relatively perfect and reasonable evaluation index of personnel training quality in agricultural colleges and universities has been determined. It includes three dimensions: the quality of teachers, the quality of training process, the quality of students in school and the quality of graduates. Secondly, a dynamic comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the quality of personnel training in agricultural colleges and universities. By writing code and using MATLAB software, the 576 data collected and collated are processed and calculated. The dynamic comprehensive evaluation values of 12 agricultural colleges and universities in the period of the 12th Five-Year Plan were obtained. Thirdly, by using the comprehensive evaluation results, the author makes a follow-up analysis on the quality of personnel training in agricultural colleges and universities according to the range of maximum order difference, and analyzes the evaluation results of the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model. The problems existing in the cultivation of talents in agricultural colleges and universities are found and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given. The innovation of this study is to establish a dynamic comprehensive evaluation model of talent training quality in agricultural colleges by using the longitudinal and horizontal pull level method, which includes the implicit factor of time when calculating the index weight. It reflects the dynamic nature of talent training quality evaluation, not only reflects the differences between colleges and universities from the "horizontal" point of view, but also reflects the overall situation of talent training quality in various colleges and universities in "vertical", and the evaluation results are comparable. Based on the evaluation results, the development trend of higher agricultural colleges is analyzed by using the method of maximum order difference, so as to grasp the comprehensive situation of the dynamic development of talents training ability of agricultural colleges and universities in China in continuous and multi-time periods. To provide assistance for the quality evaluation of personnel training in agricultural colleges and universities.
