世界一流大学及一流学科建设:核心论域与路径突破

【摘要】：一流大学和一流学科建设是我国自20世纪90年代以来持之以恒进行的系统工程。"双一流"建设方案的发布标志着我国进入了建设高等教育强国的历史新征程。目前,建设世界一流大学逐渐成为一个世界性的改革趋势,围绕世界一流大学的内涵及特征、学科评价体系和建设路径与模式,学者们进行了相关核心研究论题的探究。我国进行世界一流大学和一流学科建设,应深入研究世界一流大学建设模式的共性和个性,秉持多元卓越的发展理念,采取理性务实的学科建设路径,通过制度创新切实保障大学自治。
[Abstract]:The construction of first-class universities and disciplines is a systematic engineering which has been carried out persistently since the 1990s in our country. The release of the "double first-class" construction program marks the new historical journey for our country to build a powerful country in higher education. At present, the construction of world-class universities has gradually become a worldwide reform trend. Focusing on the connotation and characteristics of world-class universities, subject evaluation system and construction path and model, scholars have carried out research on relevant core research topics. In order to carry out the construction of world-class universities and disciplines in China, we should deeply study the commonness and individuality of the construction modes of world-class universities, adopt a rational and pragmatic path of discipline construction, uphold the concept of multi-element excellence, and adopt a rational and pragmatic approach to discipline construction. Guarantee university autonomy through system innovation.
