现代大学管理中的两种权力及其调适

【摘要】：高校全面深化综合改革、全面推进依法治校的当务之急是进一步调适和优化行政权力与学术权力的关系。高校行政权力是在一般组织的内部需求和大学国家化的双重背景下产生的。学术权力是在学术自治活动中自然生成的。两种权力的产生都有着其合理的逻辑,但仍然存在不可忽视的现实紧张。现代大学管理需要充分认识并运用两种权力的不同优长,合理配置,综合运用,发挥其在大学管理中的功用。
[Abstract]:It is urgent for colleges and universities to deepen comprehensive reform and promote the administration of schools according to law to further adjust and optimize the relationship between administrative power and academic power. The administrative power of colleges and universities comes into being under the dual background of the internal demand of general organizations and the nationalization of universities. Academic power comes naturally from the activities of academic autonomy. The emergence of both kinds of power has its reasonable logic, but there is still realistic tension that can not be ignored. Modern university management needs to fully understand and use the different advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of power, allocate them reasonably and make comprehensive use of them, and give full play to their functions in university management.
