考核评价制度改革与世界一流大学建设

【摘要】：正改革完善高校教师考核评价制度是深化高校人事制度改革、建设高素质专业化队伍的迫切需要。近年来,各地各高校积极探索教师考核评价改革,积累了不少经验,取得了一定成效,但仍然存在一些问题。评价制度改革亟待进一步完善,尤其需要国家层面政策文件的宏观指导。《关于深化高校教师考核评价制度改革的指导意见》的出台恰逢其时,对新时期高校办学具有全局性、基础性的影响。
