高校共青团推进文化自信融入文化育人过程的策略探析

【摘要】：将文化自信融入高校共青团文化育人过程,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的基本要求,是增强高校共青团思想政治工作质量的重要途径,是关注青年学生成长发展需求的必然要求。积极推进文化自信与立德树人的有机融合,有助于促进青年学生全面成才,但目前在文化自信融入高校共青团文化育人的过程中存在着一些问题,如文化育人的内容体系有待优化、文化自信的融入机制有待完善、教师队伍的文化素质有待提升等。针对上述问题,切实提升青年学生的文化自信,必须做到3个结合,即文化传承与立德树人相结合、创设载体与文化创新相结合、文化自信与实践服务相结合。
[Abstract]:The integration of cultural self-confidence into the process of cultural education in the Communist Youth League is the basic requirement of running the socialist universities with Chinese characteristics and an important way to enhance the quality of ideological and political work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. It is an inevitable requirement to pay attention to the needs of the growth and development of young students. To actively promote the organic integration of cultural self-confidence and the cultivation of people by virtue is helpful to promote the all-round development of young students, but there are some problems in the process of integrating cultural self-confidence into the cultural education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. For example, the content system of cultural education needs to be optimized, the integration mechanism of cultural self-confidence needs to be improved, and the cultural quality of teachers needs to be improved. In order to improve the cultural self-confidence of the young students, we must combine the cultural inheritance with the cultivation of virtue, the creation of the carrier and the innovation of culture, and the combination of cultural confidence and practical service.
