大学生廉洁价值观的现状调查研究

【摘要】：腐败一直是影响我国经济政治发展的毒瘤,十八大以来,近五年的反腐历程中已有近200名省部级及省部级以上官员被查。在中央反腐态度如此强硬的今天,仍有官员顶风作案,带头违法。所以,我国的反腐形势依然不容乐观。党的十八大提出要建设廉洁政治,就要做到干部清正、政府清廉,这是我国反腐败建立廉洁社会对政府和国家工作人员提出的要求。大学生虽无权无势,与腐败没有直接联系,但他们的廉洁状况事关未来我国后备干部队伍的建设,我们要防范于未然,帮助大学生树立正确的廉洁价值观,减少大学生步入社会后的管理成本。2005年1月,中共中央提出学校等教育部门要加强青少年的廉洁价值观教育,培养他们正确的廉洁价值观和高尚的道德情操。2007年3月,教育部提出,要在全国大中小学全面开展廉洁教育。2008年9月,中共中央又发布有关高校廉洁教育的意见明确指出,要发挥大学教师和思想政治工作队伍的作用,加强大学生廉洁教育。但由于我国廉洁教育起步晚、起点低,大学生廉洁价值观还存在一些问题,如廉洁认知不深刻、不透彻,廉洁认知与行为不一致、廉洁意志不坚定等。因此,加强大学生廉洁教育,促使大学生树立正确的廉洁价值观显得尤为重要。本文立足于对大学生廉洁价值观的研究,在国内外和相关理论研究的基础上,遵循大学生的的心理认知规律和大学生廉洁价值观的生成机制,从廉洁认知、情感、意志和践行四个方面充分了解当前大学生廉洁价值观现状,并进行原因分析,最后提出相应的培育途径,以期帮助大学生树立正确的廉洁价值观。
[Abstract]:Corruption has always been a cancer that affects the economic and political development of our country. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), nearly 200 officials at or above the provincial level have been investigated in the course of anti-corruption in the past five years. In the central anti-corruption attitude so tough today, there are still officials against the wind, take the lead in breaking the law. Therefore, our country's anti-corruption situation is still not optimistic. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that to build clean politics, cadres should be clean and the government should be clean, which is the demand for government and state functionaries to set up a clean society against corruption in our country. Although college students have no right to have no power and have no direct connection with corruption, their clean situation is related to the construction of the contingent of reserve cadres in our country in the future. We should guard against it and help college students to set up correct values of honesty and cleanliness. In January 2005, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that schools and other educational departments should strengthen the education of young people's clean values and cultivate their correct clean values and noble moral sentiments. The Ministry of Education has proposed that clean education should be carried out in all schools and colleges throughout the country. In September 2008, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued its views on clean education in colleges and universities, clearly pointing out that it is necessary to give full play to the role of university teachers and ideological and political work teams. Strengthen the clean education of college students. However, due to the late start and low starting point of clean education in our country, there are still some problems in the values of honesty of college students, such as incorruptible cognition, inthoroughness, inconsistency between clean cognition and behavior, infirm will and so on. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the clean education of college students and to set up correct values of honesty. Based on the research of college students' honest values, and on the basis of domestic and foreign and relevant theoretical research, this paper follows the psychological cognitive law of college students and the forming mechanism of college students' honest values, and from the perspective of honest cognition and emotion, Four aspects of will and practice fully understand the current situation of college students' honest values, analyze the reasons, and finally put forward the corresponding cultivation ways, in order to help college students to set up the correct values of honesty.
