上好新入职高校教师第一课——哈尔滨师范大学党委副书记蒋晶洁专访

【摘要】：2016年12月7-8日,习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调指出,高校立身之本在于立德树人。教师是人类灵魂的工程师,承担着神圣使命。传道者自己首先要明道、信道。高校教师要坚持教育者先受教育,努力成为先进思想文化的传播者、党执政的坚定支持者,更好地担起学生健康成长指导者和引路人的责任。为了深入贯彻习近平总书记讲话精神,更好地推进高校教师队伍建设,本刊采访哈尔滨师范大学党委副书记蒋晶洁,对于高校加强新入职教师培训培养提供有益借鉴。
