大学技术转移中的非正式关系研究

【摘要】：大学技术转移是大学将具有应用价值的科研成果向产业转移的过程,其中广泛存在着非正式关系。其形成原因包括降低大学技术转移中的交易费用、弥补正式关系网络的缺失或不足、促进隐性知识的有效转移、中国特殊的文化背景等。非正式关系的存在对于大学技术转移一方面起到了促进作用,提升了技术转移的数量和效果,简化了交易流程,有利于触发多次技术转移;另一方面,不利于正式规则和正式关系的建立,可能带来一定的道德风险、廉政风险和法律风险等。正确认识并合理利用非正式关系,对于促进大学技术转移发生及提高转化效率,都具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The transfer of university technology is a process in which universities transfer scientific research achievements of applied value to industry, among which informal relations exist widely. The reasons include reducing the transaction cost in the transfer of university technology, making up for the lack or deficiency of formal network, promoting the effective transfer of tacit knowledge, and the special cultural background of China, etc. The existence of informal relationship plays an important role in promoting the transfer of university technology, improving the quantity and effect of technology transfer, simplifying the transaction process and triggering multiple transfer of technology. On the other hand, it is not conducive to the establishment of formal rules and relations, which may bring some moral hazard, clean government risk and legal risk. The correct understanding and rational use of informal relations are of great significance to promote the occurrence of technology transfer and improve the efficiency of transformation in universities.
