法国大学自治:现状与前景

【摘要】：法国大学自治改革自1968年以来不断演进,但远远未能形成大学界的共识,与其说自治,不如说"被自治"。法国大学治理结构由高等教育法所规定,各大学的治理结构基本一致,校长及各委员会各司其职。但大学自治改革的结果并不理想,能否突破现行的招生政策将是法国大学自治改革的关键。
[Abstract]:The self-government reform of French universities has been evolving since 1968, but far from reaching a consensus in the academic world, it is more "autonomous" than self-government. The governing structure of French universities is regulated by the higher Education Law. The governing structures of the universities are basically the same, and the presidents and committees are responsible for their duties. However, the result of university self-government reform is not ideal, whether to break through the current enrollment policy will be the key to the reform of French university autonomy.
