高校网络意识形态话语权构建的难题及应对策略

【摘要】：网络话语日益成为人类沟通的主媒介,话语权即控制、影响、带动公众舆论的权力。高校网络意识形态话语权的构建是高校培养人才、应对教育生态变化、适应话语范式转换的理应之举。当前,西方社会的网络强势话语削弱高校意识形态话语的主导力,多样化网络思潮话语表达稀释高校意识形态话语的辐射力,代表不同社会阶层的网络话语离散高校意识形态话语的整合力。构建高校网络意识形态话语权,亟须推进主流意识形态话语体系与时俱新,提升意识形态话语主体的媒体涵养和互动能力,构筑高校"网上精神家园"暨发挥网络意见领袖的正能量作用。
[Abstract]:Network discourse is becoming the main medium of human communication, and the right to speak is to control, influence, and promote the power of public opinion. The construction of the discourse right of network ideology in colleges and universities is the proper way to cultivate talents, to cope with the change of education ecology and to adapt to the transformation of discourse paradigm. At present, the strong network discourse in the western society weakens the dominant power of the ideological discourse in colleges and universities, and diversified network ideological discourse expresses the radiative power of the ideological discourse in colleges and universities. Network discourse, which represents different social strata, separates the integration of ideological discourse in colleges and universities. To construct the discourse right of network ideology in colleges and universities, it is necessary to promote the mainstream ideological discourse system with the times, and to enhance the media self-cultivation and interactive ability of ideological discourse subjects. Construct "online spiritual homeland" in colleges and universities and bring into play the positive energy function of network opinion leader.
