通识教育核心课程“大班授课、小班研讨”的效果评析

【摘要】：为了使通识教育核心课程教学提质升级,复旦大学的通识教育全面推行了"大班授课、小班研讨"模式。实证研究表明,课外5次小班研讨能够撬动学生主动学习,促进学习投入,深化对课程知识的理解,并使其有机会接触并包容他人的不同观点与立场,实践交往理性,提升观点辨识、交流合作等多种高阶能力,习得更具活力的通识学习方式。除了验证小班研讨的通识教育价值,此项改革还具有全体规模,"摸着石头过河",从增量改革到结构升级等制度性特色。
[Abstract]:In order to upgrade the teaching quality of the core curriculum of general education, Fudan University's general education has carried out the mode of "large class teaching, small class discussion" in an all-round way. Empirical research shows that five extra-curricular small class discussions can stimulate students' active learning, promote learning input, deepen their understanding of curriculum knowledge, and give them the opportunity to contact and accommodate different views and positions of others, and to practice communicative rationality. Improve perspective identification, communication and cooperation and other high-level abilities to acquire more dynamic general learning methods. In addition to verifying the value of general education discussed in small classes, the reform also has the institutional characteristics of "crossing the river with stone", from incremental reform to structural upgrading, and so on.
