黑龙江省属院校大学生对学校满意度的调查与分析

【摘要】:我国高等教育改革明确要求提升高等教育的发展质量,而学生作为评价学校教育质量的核心主体之一,其对学校满意度评价能够在一定程度上反映出学校办学水平和教育质量的高低。目前黑龙江省高校大学生对学校的满意度课题尚少有研究者涉及,为了对黑龙江省教育改革贡献一份力量以及提供现实依据,本文对黑龙江五所省属院校的3871名大学生进行了学校满意度问卷调查,过方差分析等统计方法了解大学生的学校满意度情况,考察不同院校、家庭和个人特征大学生的学校满意度差异,并结合顾客满意、相对剥夺感、文化再生产等社会学理论探讨其产生差异的原因。研究发现:黑龙江五所省属院校大学生的学校总体满意度较高,其中教师满意度最高,校园设施满意度最低;不同院校、年级、所来自地区、家庭经济状况、父辈文化程度的大学生其学校满意度存在显著差异。具体表现为:A院校的满意度最低,E院校的满意度最高;大四学生的满意度最高,大二学生的满意度最低,总体满意度从一到四年级基本呈现出U型变化趋势;来自农村的学生满意度明显低于城市学生;学生的家庭经济状况越差,满意度越低,父辈文化程度越低,满意度越低。同时,以下问题值得关注:学生对校园网这一指标的评价明显偏低,信息化建设程度较差严重拉低了校园设施的满意度;大二学生的满意度最低,学校应多关注大二学生;来自社会底层的学生群体对学校的满意度较低,主要表现在:农村基础教育建设落后,农村学生在对大学未知的基础上形成过高期待;家庭贫困学生在与参照群体的对比中产生相对剥夺感并将这种较低的自我认同投射到其他方面;父辈文化程度较低的学生拥有的文化资本较少,对大学某些方面不适应。这些均使得其对学校的满意度较低。社会分层的固化是导致处于社会底层学生群体对学校满意度较低的根本原因,同时教育的不公平又进一步加剧了社会分化。最后,结合研究结论提出了五个对策建议。
[Abstract]:The reform of higher education in China clearly requires the improvement of the development quality of higher education, and the students, as one of the core subjects in evaluating the quality of school education, The evaluation of school satisfaction can reflect the level of school running and the quality of education to a certain extent. At present, there are few researchers involved in the satisfaction of college students in Heilongjiang Province, in order to contribute a strength to the educational reform in Heilongjiang Province and provide a realistic basis. In this paper, 3871 college students from five provinces of Heilongjiang province were investigated by questionnaire, cross-variance analysis and other statistical methods to understand the school satisfaction of college students, and to investigate the different colleges and universities. The differences in school satisfaction between college students with family and personal characteristics are discussed, and the reasons for the differences are discussed in the light of sociological theories such as customer satisfaction, relative deprivation, cultural reproduction and so on. It is found that the overall school satisfaction of college students in five provinces of Heilongjiang province is higher, among which the satisfaction of teachers is the highest and the satisfaction of campus facilities is the lowest. There are significant differences in school satisfaction among college students from different colleges, grades, areas, family economic status and parents' education level. The results are as follows: the degree of satisfaction of A college is the lowest, that of E college is the highest, the satisfaction of senior students is the highest, the satisfaction of sophomore students is the lowest, and the overall satisfaction degree shows a U-shaped change trend from grade one to grade four. The satisfaction degree of students from rural areas is obviously lower than that of urban students, and the worse the family economic status of the students is, the lower the satisfaction is, and the lower the parents' education level is, the lower the satisfaction degree is. At the same time, the following problems deserve attention: the evaluation of campus network is obviously low, the degree of information construction seriously reduces the satisfaction of campus facilities, the satisfaction of sophomore students is the lowest, the school should pay more attention to sophomore students; The satisfaction of the students from the bottom of the society to the school is low, mainly manifested in: the rural basic education construction is backward, the rural students in the unknown on the basis of the formation of too high expectations; The poor students in the family have a sense of relative deprivation in comparison with the reference group and project this kind of low self-identity to other aspects; the students with lower parental education have less cultural capital and are not adapted to some aspects of the university. All these make its satisfaction with the school lower. The consolidation of social stratification is the root cause of low school satisfaction of students at the bottom of the society. At the same time, the unfairness of education further aggravates the social differentiation. Finally, combined with the conclusions of the study, five suggestions were put forward.
