从法人视角透视美国大学治理之特征:《学术法人》一书的启示

【摘要】：正一、引在19世纪末、20世纪初,中国借鉴一些西方国家的大学教育体系,建立起了现代意义上的中国大学体系。梅贻琦在《大学一解》中写道:"今日中国之大学教育,溯其源流,实自西洋移植而来。"~([1])在从西方留学归来、创立现代中国大学体系的先贤们眼里,西洋大学制度不仅是同源的,而且具有通例。蔡元培长校北大时,制定的办学方针是:"仿世界各大学通例,循思想自由原则,取兼容并
[Abstract]:First, at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, China drew lessons from the university education system of some western countries, and established the Chinese university system in the modern sense. Mei Yiqi wrote in "the first explanation of the University": "Today's university education in China traces its origins and comes from the transplantation of the West." ~ (1) in the eyes of the sages who returned from studying in the West and founded the modern Chinese university system, ~ (1) in the eyes of the sages who came back from studying in the West and founded the modern Chinese university system. Western university system is not only the same origin, but also has a general example. When Cai Yuanpei was at Peking University, the policy of running a school was as follows: "imitating the general practice of universities all over the world, following the principle of freedom of thought, it should be compatible and compatible."
