审核评估背景下的院校自我评估:“结构—行动”视角

【摘要】：社会结构限制了行动并在一定程度上引导行动。在高等教育的急剧转型时代,社会结构变化的实质性滞后与人们的期待形成明显的反差。因此,审核评估背景下的院校自我评估,要保持行动方式与结构变迁之间的协调非常困难,实践上难免产生种种偏差,比如:外部评估、水平评估色彩残留,问题意识缺乏,行动者范围窄化,评估内容指向单一。回归院校自我评估的本真,需要均衡大学内部的权力配置,改变评估事件的启动模式,认真辨别评估过程的主要行动者,正确选择行动策略,合理使用评估结果。
[Abstract]:Social structures restrict movement and, to a certain extent, guide it. In the era of rapid transformation of higher education, the substantial lag of social structure changes contrasts with people's expectations. Therefore, it is very difficult to maintain the coordination between the mode of action and structural change in the self-assessment of colleges and universities under the background of audit and assessment. In practice, there are inevitably various deviations, such as external evaluation, residual color of horizontal evaluation, lack of awareness of problems, The scope of the actors is narrowed and the content of the assessment points to a single point. To return to the essence of self-evaluation in colleges and universities, it is necessary to balance the power allocation within the university, change the start-up mode of evaluation events, seriously identify the main actors in the evaluation process, correctly select the action strategies, and use the evaluation results reasonably.
