高校毕业生职业胜任力的自我评价及发展诉求研究——以企业类已就业学生的调查为中心

【摘要】:伴随着"就业难"问题的日益凸显,毕业生就业能力与职业发展成为高等教育领域内的重要议题。本研究立足于自我反思的视角,通过对企业类已就业学生的调查分析,探讨高校毕业生对自身职业胜任力水平的现实评价及发展诉求。结果显示:就现实评价而言,毕业生对自身职业胜任力整体水平的评价较低,其中角色性胜任力水平最低;就发展诉求而言,毕业生认为自身最需提升五项的职业胜任力依次为:人际交往能力、沟通表达能力、应变创新能力、解决问题能力和持续学习能力,且其发展诉求受到专业背景、企业类型及岗位性质的显著影响。鉴于此,本研究进一步提出了注重毕业生职业生涯目标规划、完善高校情绪智力培育课程与加强岗位情境教育的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:With the increasing difficulty of employment, the employment ability and career development of graduates have become an important issue in the field of higher education. Based on the perspective of self-reflection, this study discusses the realistic evaluation and development demands of college graduates on their own professional competence level through the investigation and analysis of the employed students in the enterprise category. The results show that as far as the realistic evaluation is concerned, the graduates' evaluation of the overall level of their own professional competence is low, among which the level of role competence is the lowest. As far as the demand for development is concerned, graduates think that they need to improve their professional competence in turn: interpersonal communication ability, communication and expression ability, adaptability and innovation ability, problem-solving ability and continuous learning ability. And its development appeal is significantly affected by the professional background, the type of enterprise and the nature of the post. In view of this, this study further puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of paying attention to the career goal planning of graduates, perfecting the course of emotional intelligence cultivation in colleges and universities and strengthening the post situational education.
