研究型大学的转型与本科学风建设

【摘要】：当前,我国研究型大学面临着向创新型大学的转型,这一过程要求研究型大学在本科教育方面创新办学理念、创新课程体系、创新考核体系、进行基因重构,从而为形成良好的学风带来积极的、正面的影响,具体措施包括让本科生最大程度地参与科研,激发其学习热情、提升其创新能力。创新型课程体系的构建将提供更多的高影响力教育活动,从而极大激发本科生的积极性和创造性。创新型大学中创新文化的形成也为良好学风的形成提供土壤,将本科学风建设指标纳入衡量体系,将扭转当前研究型大学的中"科研漂移"所带来的负面影响。
[Abstract]:At present, research universities in China are facing the transformation from innovative universities to innovative universities. This process requires research universities to innovate the concept of running schools, innovate curriculum system, innovate assessment system and carry out gene reconstruction in undergraduate education. Thus, it has a positive and positive impact on the formation of a good style of study. The specific measures include allowing undergraduates to participate in scientific research to the greatest extent, arousing their enthusiasm for learning and improving their innovative ability. The construction of innovative curriculum system will provide more high-impact educational activities, which will greatly stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of undergraduates. The formation of innovative culture in innovative universities also provides the soil for the formation of a good style of study. Bringing the construction index of undergraduate style of study into the measurement system will reverse the negative impact of the "scientific research drift" in the current research universities.
