高校仪器设备招标采购的实践与探索

【摘要】：在国家建设双一流大学的背景下,高校仪器设备的招标采购数量不断增加,高效做好招标采购工作是一项艰巨的任务。分析了高校仪器设备招标采购的特点,要加强招标前的论证工作,以便预留充足的招标时间、写出高质量的招标文件;提出了加快招标采购进度的思路和措施及招标采购部分环节注意的事项,总结招标采购过程中的实践经验,探索高校招标采购的规律,提高采购效益,为高校的发展奠定基础。
[Abstract]:Under the background of national construction of double first-class universities, the number of bidding procurement of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities is increasing, and it is an arduous task to do a good job in bidding and purchasing efficiently. This paper analyzes on the characteristics of bidding procurement of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities, strengthens the argumentation work before bidding, in order to reserve sufficient bidding time and write out high quality bidding documents, puts forward some ideas and measures for speeding up the progress of bidding procurement and matters needing attention in some links of bidding procurement, sums up the practical experience in the process of bidding procurement, explores the law of bidding procurement in colleges and universities, and improves the procurement efficiency, so as to lay a foundation for the development of colleges and universities.
