面向未来的高等教育国际化发展

【摘要】：面向未来的高等教育国际化正发生着一系列深刻的变化,文章从理念、趋势、使命、挑战、展望五个方面,对世界与中国高等教育国际化的走向与发展进行分析与阐述。未来,教育将是全球共同的事业,由于多元因素的影响,高等教育国际化的趋势将进一步加快,高等教育国际化将以培养面向未来的高层次人才为新的使命,同时面临着提升对全球教育改革发展影响力的新挑战,这就要求在注重不断拓展高等教育国际化内涵的基础上,发挥高等教育国际化主力军的引领作用,创造更加广阔的交流平台和合作空间,适应并推进世界正在发生的教育范式的改革,并加强政策和条件保障。我们要正确认识高等教育国际化的新理念、新趋势、新使命和新挑战,相信中国高等教育对外开放将会有一个更加广阔的前景。
[Abstract]:A series of profound changes are taking place in the internationalization of higher education facing the future. This paper analyzes and expounds the trend and development of the internationalization of higher education in the world and China from five aspects: concept, trend, mission, challenge and prospect. In the future, education will be the common cause of the world. Due to the influence of multiple factors, the trend of internationalization of higher education will be further speeded up. The internationalization of higher education will take the cultivation of high-level talents facing the future as a new mission, and at the same time face new challenges to enhance the influence on the development of global education reform, which requires paying attention to constantly expanding the connotation of internationalization of higher education. We should give full play to the leading role of the main force in the internationalization of higher education, create a broader communication platform and cooperation space, adapt to and promote the reform of the educational paradigm that is taking place in the world, and strengthen the guarantee of policies and conditions. We should correctly understand the new concept, new trend, new mission and new challenges of the internationalization of higher education, and believe that China's higher education opening to the outside world will have a broader prospect.
